I rate this Discount Tire branch with all stars. I woke up with a nail in my tire this morning with an airport drive tonight, and my Jeep did not have the lock key to get the tire off. Ivan went above and beyond to get the wheel off while I waiting- super impressive. Thank you to Ivan and Discount tires. Plus no charge to patch the tire read more

I have been a long time customer of Discount Tire with purchases in several states. Do not use the Rockledge Discount Tire Store!!! Very disappointed with store visit today; August7th @ 9:15 am. We waited for service and 3 customers come after us and they waited on them instead. Thought it was 1st come, 1st served? I stopped at Titusville Discount Tire who gave us 1st Class Service!!! read more

My friend and I had a terrible experience at Discount Tire. We had gone to BJ's to check the tire pressure and put air in her tire. The guy at BJs said there was a slow leak and recommended we go to Discount Tire, where they usually patch it for free or cheap compared to BJ's prices. So, we went there and told the guy, Jon that a patch was needed. Jon didn't even bring a spray bottle to check for a leak. He immediately started saying how she needed new tires, claiming the tread was horrible. She told him she didn't have the money for new tires at the moment we're just broke college students trying to get a patch. He made it sound like we wouldn't be able to drive away without new tires. He refused to patch the tire. We basically went there for no reason. We went back to BJ's, and they said Jon was lying. They also told us that she had about 10,000 more miles on her tires. read more

Amazing and dedicated and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to take care of an end of the day flat tire. I was not aware that flat tire fixes are free! Very impressed with the service, I will be back for a new set of tires. read more

I had a brand new set of tires put on and expected an alignment. After quite a bit of time passed, I was told that they were unable to provide the full alignment. I took it over to another shop and they were able to do it with no problem. read more

Great price, quick and friendly service! Didn't try to "oversell"! I'll definitely go back when I need new tires!

I spent $1,000 on a new set of tires with these guys and less than 2 months later I took it back to check the air when my car was giving me a low air warning. They told me to take it to WaWa to put air in the tires since their air was free. Or I would have to wait 2 hours because they didn't want to put the machine out to inflate tires. read more

The staff at this Discount Tire was quick and courteous. I arrived an hour early for my appointment and they were relatively busy. They still managed to get my 2 new tires changed for me within 45 minutes. I came in about 6 months ago to replace my 2 other tires. I called ahead and they informed me they didn't have time for walk ins (holiday weekend) but they got me in within a few days. We had a tire blowout on the way down to Florida from South Carolina making a trip for a cruise. Sam's didn't have a tire in stock for a Ford Explorer Sport and suggested Discount Tire. Discount had 10 choices including the Pirellis that were on the SUV. Matthew Zill gave us a great price and had us back on the road in 40 minutes. We bought two tires so that was super fast. We couldn't wait to get home to see our puppies. Thanks, Discount Tire. We would definitely shop here again. read more

Discount Tire - Tire blowout on vacation - Tires Near Me - Rockledge, Florida

The last time I went in for a tire rotation 5000 miles ago they mentioned that the tires were starting to wear. They did not know the tires were not very old and are under warranty. When I mentioned the warranty,I was told we would check into it next time. Just went in for rotation the guy checking my tires said they were around a 3.5-4 and the front around 5. Was suggested I get new tires. When I bought these tires, he suggested them instead of the cheaper ones that I had picked out because of the 50,000 mile warranty. My tires are at 19,000. I was offered $86 towards one tire for my warranty. I've been a customer here a long time and recommended a lot of people. It definitely feels like things have changed and customer service has gone down. I was told that the tires are wearing uneven. I've never been told anything about any issues and also told that I didn't rotate until almost 8000 miles the first two times. This is not true and I've never been told any of this in past as I've always taken my car there for rotations. Was told techs often fail to put notes or discuss issues with owners. Again, not good customer service for a product that you sell and are supposed to warranty. I've read several other complaints today regarding warranty issues. read more

My mechanic at Small World Automotive recommended that I come to Discount Tire and I could not be happier. From the moment I walked in I was personally greeted and received excellent service and a great price. I will be coming to Discount Tire for all of my future tire needs. I didn't even know about tire sensors and loved how easy it was for them to check if mine were working. I got all 4 replaced and 2 new tires. They even put one of my old tires on my spare rim because it was in better shape than the spare. Everyone was friendly and it was quick. I will be back. read more

I had all 4 tires replaced on my 2015 scion xb.. There was a slight mix up in the beginning, But they fixed everything very quickly! Their pricing is fair considering the prices have increased everywhere and for everything! ( Let's go Brandon!) Consistent excellence. I keep coming back to this location because their outstanding service. Every customer gets treated with respect and through team member actions, I feel valued each time I visit. I purchased a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires about 5 months ago and had a great experience then from both a price and service aspect. When I got a nail in the sidewall of a tire, the store quickly got a tire transferred to the store and had me taken care of the next day ahead of the time estimate under my road hazard policy. Sure I is possible one can shop around and just maybe get a slightly better price at a Sam's Club or Costco, however, you will are likely not going to get the same great value and personal service. On top of that, the free drive up air check offered to anyone is a convenient and generous way that Discount Tire shows they care. Thank you to all who work at this location for you reliable service. read more

Price of the tires was great. We arrived a few minutes before our appointment. They took our truck back right on time and 39 minutes later, it was done. They even hung the spare back under the truck instead of leaving it in the back. Great experience read more

Good people, prices are fair, and they have a ton of tires in stock. The warranty is worth it, too. They won me over when they fixed a flat for free -- the first time I ever went there. Since then, my family has bought tires for all of our cars there. read more

I've been chasing a vibration issue for some time and these guys really assisted me in checking off the list of what ISN'T the issue. The store manager, John, wanted me to give him a call to see if what he did with my car, personally, fixed the problem (sadly it did not). This shows that he actually cares to see if it helped. I was very impressed with this and will always return for business and new tires in the future. read more

I had a nail in my tire and contacted Discount Tire to see how much they would charge me to repair it. I spoke to Kyle on the phone and he told me if the tire was repairable they would do it for me at no charge, even though I did not buy the tires from them. I went to their store and they had my car up on the rack, tire fixed and all other tires checked in less than 30 minutes and charged me nothing. A big shout out to Discount Tire in Rockledge! Woke up to a semi flat tire with a nail in. Hubby put enough air in to get me to Discount Tires. I was waiting at the door when they opened at 8am. Promptly at 8am the window shades go up, the garage doors and the office door open. There were workers everywhere, they were all smiling, pleasant, & professional! By 810am there were 5 other people there with tire needs and everyone of us were being taking care of! Tire repaired, out the door and back on the road by 825am AND they didn't charge a thing!!! I will be getting my next set of tires from you!! Way to go with the customer service Discount Tire!! read more

We had the most wonderful experience with this discount tire, within 2 weeks between myself and my husband we have had multiple nails in our tires, a blown tire and a cracked rim. Jake and Jacob were hands down the best customer service experience ever, they were always there to help and did not get annoyed of me coming in almost daily. Iran was also wonderful in getting me a new wheel from Mercedes' and making sure it was delivered here by Monday as promised. They assisted with military discounts, informed us of the holiday discounts and made sure we were taken care of when buying all tires for both cars. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service and new tires. They are the guys to go to, fast paced, welcoming and overall helpful. They take their time to explain every little detail when I did not understand something. read more

Being a New Car Dealership Service Director and working in Dealerships 35 years I rhave a reason to go to a Tire store. I felt like I was checking into a resort at this place. The attention to detail was outstanding and very professional, courteous staff was the best I've ever had at a tire place. I called all around town and found that this place had the best price and included a lifetime balance and rotation with the tires. The cost was competitive, and the authorized dealer for Michelin gave me a great rebate on my high mileage tire. 5star all around. read more
