It started making noice a…read morecouple of months later so I took it to Country Village Power Equipment & Golf Cars on 9/19/25 to be fixed. About two months later I had to call them about the repair. They said it was going to be about two weeks to get the parts in. On 12/3/25 I sent them an email asking about the repair. They replied back and said they still needed a couple of seals but would keep me informed. A couple of weeks later I called them back and a gentleman said it was done and the person that worked on it would call me back about getting it delivered. I never heard back from them. I called again and the person I spoke to said that they were still waiting on parts. I told them that the person I spoke to earlier said it was done. That person said she would have the gentleman call me back. Well it is now almost the end of January and I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM THEM. PLEASE CONTACT ME ABOUT GETTING MY GOLF CART BACK!!!

I called and had them pick up my cart because it was making a "grinding" sound in the back end. I told them it sounded like the brakes were dragging. Fast forward 2 months later, Giant told me I needed a new motor. Not knowing the ins and outs of golf carts, I asked them is this going to take care of the noise? I was told yes, and it would be around $1600. After putting in the new motor I received a call saying it didn't take care of the noise and that I would need to spend another $2000. To get the rear end replace. I didn't really need a new motor and the reason they thought it did is because they hadn't plugged it in the whole time and it wouldn't run. After going back and forth with them, I had them install my old motor and just return it to me. When I got it is was in a bigger mess than when I took it in. None of my lights worked, the wiring harness was not secured, they had used the wrong bolts that didn't fit, and I have a couple of covers missing. I had another place look at my cart. They had it fixed in 3.5 hours, including fixed the problems left by Giant and were a 3rd of the cost.

OK, We purchased (2) units for over $4000.00 and paid in full. We were told it should take about a week, but we also had a hurricane hit the higher Florida region so we figured maybe a couple more days. After the week and a couple days we called the company and I did not get an email back. I found this site and after reading some of the many "issues" people had I began to think I may be another in the making. I made two mre emails, both very direct, with intentions to cancle the order via our charge card. Hillary, whom I never met came back and told my wife that they will be shipped that or the next day and she will then send us a confirmation, we both agreed for a total of 3 more days. The third day Hillary emailed us the confirmation, and then followed up with a phone call. I felt 100% better! Problem today is we are being scammed on almost every level and we have lost trust in those abroad and more sadly those domestic. Our motorcycles arrived yesterday as promised in crates as I opted to build them being in the industry prior. Hillary told me that the trucking company failed to pick them up from the distributor, and that she had broke her arm when I had sent to emails and was in the hospital. Of course I felt bad for the direct emails, but again after reading all of the negatives prompted this, in my case it was just wrong timing. I hope in other cases that left bad reviews that your reviews are honest and that you allowed time for the issues to be evaluated and corrected in a timely mannor. I know for a fact how difficult it is not only to deal with these importers today both with shipping but also with the companies who import them, who at times pick and choose who gets shipped first. I am only leaving 4 stars instead of 5 not to hold anything against the company but to be fair to them and all who wrote here. I have been to thier company, it is for real, they have a nice building and a showroom with several cycles on display and accessories. They may not have what you want in stock like in my case, but they did give me a discounted price and they did have them shipped direct to my home, I live about 100 miles from them, and now I have a place where I can feel comfortable to do business with again.
