He was really focused on what we wanted and when we test drove both carts, he let us have time and space alone, without us asking to talk things over and decide what we wanted. This no pressure was much appreciated! When we came a couple of days later to pick up the cart, everything was ready including a couple of reflectors that my husband mentioned he would like on the cart. Dale was polishing the cart when we walked in, went over everything and loaded the cart on the trailer for us himself. We loved everything about this experience.
