Throughout the process Bill was upfront with me. He even saved me 2000 dollars when he told me that despite the 24's having arrived, I could save by purchasing a 23, pointing out that there were very few differences between the two. When the cart was delivered to my father, he was happy to report that the delivery crew was top notch, going over every aspect of the cart, insofar as to have him drive it around to make sure he was happy with it. I bought a completely refurbished electric club car (I named the Lolita Express) and could not be happier with the results. The seats are so plush and soft that I wish they were in my car! It is so quiet I cannot tell it is on till we start moving. New canopy, wheels, chassis, windshield, mirrors and charger. It is beautiful and came with a warranty which I liked. Our friends who live here highly recommended The Villages Golf Cars for their service, so we went to the Showroom and we were greeted with a friendly welcome and made to feel like our friends were right...but soon our smiles faded because their rental they pulled up was nothing like what we just passed in the showroom. Actually, it was the polar opposite of what they present the TVC to be. Think of it this way...you go the local "Villages"Compact Mercedes dealer with an amazing showroom and lineup of quality cars...and you think to yourself this place has it going give us a cool rental for $450 per week...and then...the salesman pull up a drab green, Yugo 2-door, with a charger that didn't include the plug to plug the cart's charger in. "Really?" Two things...I regularly rent an Audi Q-Series for $400 per week from National and when I commented to the TVC salesman that I was extremely underwhelmed what this "Quality dealer provided...he basically said "it is what it is." We're going to be moving here soon and the $15k-ish I'll be spending for a Golf Cart won't be going to the Villages Yugo dealer. Number one being service and we listened to our neighbors and bought one. We had a great guy (Steve) who sold us our golf cart. He was helpful and provided all the info we needed. Is it expensive here.....yes but hopefully if you need help or service or you need someone to get your golf cart no matter where it is, buying from the Villages kicks in.

January, February and March 2023 has been our first extended stay in The Villages. Summer of '22…read morewe called as many as 5 rental agencies to secure a 3 month rental in '23. Some said they had no inventory, couldn't commit, or asked that we call back later. Scott answered right away. Committed to renting verbally, followed by e-mail communication and delivery of a contract in short order. Pricing and terms (no deposit and payment upon delivery) were the best offered. We arrived 2 days early, the cart was delivered that same day, without additional charge. The unit, while somewhat dated, has met our needs. Breakdowns can occur, and we did experience an issue at the end of the first month. Titan delivered a replacement within a hour and a half of our call for service. We are well satisfied with communication, delivery, service/support, pricing and product. Planning to return again in '24 and will not hesitate to rent from Titan for that stay. Mark M.
