I see people who have broken down rentals and don't know who to call but they always have someone available for pickup/delivery/repairs/customized orders from villagers who want to add their own creative touch from exterior to interior, maintenance or repairs at your home or at their in house shop. Friendly, honest, all around the best quality and best service available in all of the villages. I loved my rental so much that I purchased one from them. Since then i have sent anyone who asks for rental, purchase golf cart or have repairs, custom work etc.. I even worked for them for a season. I wanted to see what went into the process from initial contact to delivery. That's how I learned exactly what they did every day and how much work it is to keep these golf carts running for the long haul regardless. They take pride in what they offer and they are very accommodating whether it's a rental for few days, week, weeks, monthly or purchasing ones they have available for sale. They take care of others who have their own golf carts and do repairs, maintenance and customization for the customers needs and wants. Great people and I'm glad I saw the time and energy they all put into giving their customers the best service possible. Throughout the process Bill was upfront with me. He even saved me 2000 dollars when he told me that despite the 24's having arrived, I could save by purchasing a 23, pointing out that there were very few differences between the two. When the cart was delivered to my father, he was happy to report that the delivery crew was top notch, going over every aspect of the cart, insofar as to have him drive it around to make sure he was happy with it. A woman standing in the lobby just inside the door greeted us as we walked in. Hello. That was the last good thing we encountered. Within 3 minutes, she asked us for our email address and other personal information. Her aggressive approach was very off-putting. Maybe first asking what we were looking for would justify our sharing that information. Then, without knowing anything about what we might be looking for, she immediately and repeatedly started pushing us back outside 'to see a cart' even though she was surrounded by 50+ carts in a well-appointed and cool air conditioned showroom. She made zero effort to uncover what we wanted. She kept referring to a 'price-point cart' sitting outside on scorching hot asphalt on a brutal 95 degree day, and we just had to go see it. Right now. Before we've had a chance to share anything with her as to what kind of golf cart we're actually looking for. Based on her insistence, we surmised she's been instructed to push one specific cart out of the 250-300 carts they have on display? Maybe a high-profit one, or a lemon they want off their lot ASAP? Or maybe she quickly sized us up and in her mind determined we weren't the kind of people she wanted shopping in her store? Selling ain't telling. Perhaps management in this place might do some basic sales coaching. She was probably a very nice person, but she was a miserable salesperson. Golf cart stores are everywhere in FL - we're still looking, but we have no interest here. Some said they had no inventory, couldn't commit, or asked that we call back later. Scott answered right away. Committed to renting verbally, followed by e-mail communication and delivery of a contract in short order. Pricing and terms (no deposit and payment upon delivery) were the best offered. We arrived 2 days early, the cart was delivered that same day, without additional charge. The unit, while somewhat dated, has met our needs. Breakdowns can occur, and we did experience an issue at the end of the first month. Titan delivered a replacement within a hour and a half of our call for service. We are well satisfied with communication, delivery, service/support, pricing and product. Planning to return again in '24 and will not hesitate to rent from Titan for that stay. Mark M.

Prior to dealing with Rick, I was dealing online with Brian S at the same store who was great, but on the day I went to the store to look at inventory, he was off that day, so I acknowledged Brian's assistance to Rick, so either one of them are highly recommended! Even though the cart was used, Rick said it was standard procedure for them to install new radial tires, new windshield, oil change, transferable factory power train warrant and many other quality guarantees.
