Chris directed me to John, who is the most honest and respectful sales man that I ever met. John explained the entire process of buying the Custom Drive. Corey delivered the Custom Drive in a timely fashion and again went over all the details small and large concerning the cart. COREY went out of his way to deliver my cart early and going with me on a test drive answering questions. Told 3 days later it had a bad differential (wow-we were told was "new" a year ago with a 5 year guarantee. Now have to pay another $125 Just to get the scrappy bucket of bolts back. DO NOT BUY from this scam outfit. We were dumb and gullible, don't do what we did. BBB won't even accredidate them.

The Sound Bar was working fine. The issue came back a couple of weeks later. They replaced the sound bar with a brand new sound bar so I wouldn't have these Intermittent problems any more. Pat McBride and his business partner and tech person, Ryan, were very easy to work with and had a cart for us to look at. There were completely honest with us and upfront about explaining what to be aware of when looking for a cart. We purchased a 2017 Yamaha QuieTech golf car from them. We've had the cart for a few weeks now and we're very happy with our purchase. Additionally, we had Ryan come out and install seat belts and side mirrors to our golf cart we purchased from them. I watched Ryan as he installed these to our golf cart we purchased from them. Ryan was very professional, extremely knowledgeable for anything and everything about golf cars. He's worked a number of years in the golf cart industry, working on them and actually building or re-building them. He seemed to know everything there is about golf carts. We were very happy we chose to use Fairway Golf Cars for purchases and our repair work. I would highly recommend to anyone needing to source and purchase golf carts and also for any repairs needed. He even saved me 2000 dollars when he told me that despite the 24's having arrived, I could save by purchasing a 23, pointing out that there were very few differences between the two. When the cart was delivered to my father, he was happy to report that the delivery crew was top notch, going over every aspect of the cart, insofar as to have him drive it around to make sure he was happy with it. Our friends who live here highly recommended The Villages Golf Cars for their service, so we went to the Showroom and we were greeted with a friendly welcome and made to feel like our friends were right...but soon our smiles faded because their rental they pulled up was nothing like what we just passed in the showroom. Actually, it was the polar opposite of what they present the TVC to be. Think of it this way...you go the local "Villages"Compact Mercedes dealer with an amazing showroom and lineup of quality cars...and you think to yourself this place has it going give us a cool rental for $450 per week...and then...the salesman pull up a drab green, Yugo 2-door, with a charger that didn't include the plug to plug the cart's charger in. "Really?" Two things...I regularly rent an Audi Q-Series for $400 per week from National and when I commented to the TVC salesman that I was extremely underwhelmed what this "Quality dealer provided...he basically said "it is what it is." We're going to be moving here soon and the $15k-ish I'll be spending for a Golf Cart won't be going to the Villages Yugo dealer. Number one being service and we listened to our neighbors and bought one. We had a great guy (Steve) who sold us our golf cart. He was helpful and provided all the info we needed. Is it expensive here.....yes but hopefully if you need help or service or you need someone to get your golf cart no matter where it is, buying from the Villages kicks in.
