A lady came out and asked if he needed help.....he said no. 15 mins later, she came out and started helping anyway. Absolutely no communicates from the guy. There was 10 people there for a recall. The recall notice had the wrong date on the announcement. Hope my service work goes well. Been a customer for 10years. I'm done.

The short of it is we got $7500 less than we paid. Pat also found us a beautiful pre-owned golf cart in mint condition and offered to deliver it to us at our new home in Orlando - no additional charge. We paid $5600 for this beauty. If only I had found Pat when we moved here 8 months ago instead of going to The Villages Golf Cars and paying a fortune for a brand new cart that will lose nearly 40% of its value in the first year! Beware of this business! I would like to share my story exactly as it occurred. In April 2018, I…read morebought a 2016 Atomic SS Coupe golf cart. I had always wanted a cart with air conditioning and a heater. I bought this cart from Atomic Electric Vehicles for $7,500 delivered. I live in Texas and had the cart shipped to me. When I received the cart, it had 237 miles on it. Shortly after I received the cart, I had quadruple bypass surgery and was unable to golf or use the cart for months. Once I was able to use it (October), I found it was too small inside and the cart struggled with power to climb the small hills on my home golf course. It now has 268 miles on it. I tried to sell it on both ebay and Craig's list with no success. Today, January 16, 2019, I called Atomic and asked for the owner, Jim Rice who I had talked with about the power issue and the fact I never received the Manufacturing Statement of Origin or the Owners Manual after calling 3 times. I was told he was unavailable and left my number. A salesman, possibly Richard, returned the call on behalf of Jim Rice and I explained the problems with the cart and asked if they would be willing to buy it back. I knew that I might lose money but I was unprepared for what I was told. Richard explained that they were selling this model golf cart new for $8,300. He told me that he did not want to insult me but realistically, we would be looking at maybe $1,500 because he knew the carts cost around $3,000 ($8,300 retail). My other option was to buy the new model (not SS, but a bigger cart) for $14,995. I explained to him that based on my cart, I didn't feel comfortable about paying $15,000 for a Chinese vehicle that had that kind of depreciation. To this day, I have still not received the MSO or the owners manual. I would like everybody to beware that this type of vehicle does not work well as a golf cart. Also, this business does not stand behind their products and charge significant markups. Rather than buy a Chinese car modified to be a golf cart from this company, you may want to look elsewhere. I hope you had a better day than I did.
