Bought a used cart here 3 years ago for $10,000. My cart had set for 3 months and it was dead, I brought it here to be fixed. They told me it needed new batteries. They said the motor seized from sitting. It needed new wiring harness. A new solenoid. A new MCORE. cost is $4,288.18 including tax. I could have just replaced everything that possible could have gone wrong myself. I wanted them to find what was wrong. To add salt to the wound when they dropped the cart off they they gave me a paper offering $5800 as my trade in value. Will never do business with them again read more

I am taken aback by the change in this business. We bought a Club Car 2.5 years ago. Felt the deal was fair, salesman seemed honest and the cart was perfect. Price came with their Platinum Warranty...five years on all parts (including batteries) and labor + pick up and return same day delivery at no charge. First two years service without a hitch. Everything was great. However the third service was NOT the charm. Picked up our cart from our home. It was in our driveway and without coming to the door, the cart was gone. Took it for 24 hours. Called and said there was no water in our batteries, a foolish claim, since I watered them religiously every week. Said our battery warranty was now void but they would be happy to sell us a Lithium battery for a $1750 up charge...whoever made the claim of no water was mistaken or misdirected...the batteries were recently tested and showed maintaining over 90% power capacity. Strike 1. Then they said their pick up policy had changed on 1/2024 and they would begin charging $150 for service pickup...no notice of this change, nothing in writing, etc. The warranty states free pick up and delivery for service and warranty issues. Strike 2. When I reached out to the dealer, they for the most part ignored me and said new policy, new charge. Then went silent, no further communication. Plus, they lost my Footjoy golf jacket that was in the overhead bin. Close to Strike 3. I think they "were" a good business, providing a good product at a fair price...however they now have questionable long term sales/service tactics. I would say "proceed with caution" when dealing with this new business iteration. read more

Disappointing Experience - Overpriced Service I had a very frustrating experience with Shane and Ocala Golf Cart. I reached out to them with a simple issue, hoping for a reasonable fix. Their website claims, "Full repair and parts ensuring affordable and quality work. Our technicians are here to help" However, instead of offering an affordable repair, they pushed me toward a $6000 battery replacement that I didn't even need. When I informed Shane was not interested in the new batteries, just the small repair I had called about, his whole attitude changed and his response was, "We don't have the parts to repair your cart" (It is an EZ GO cart, they sell EZ GO carts) He was certainly not there to help! It was clear they were more interested in selling me an expensive solution than finding an affordable repair. I would not recommend this business if you're looking for honest, reasonably priced repairs. It's really disappointing to see a company more focused on upselling than genuinely helping customers. If you're in need of repairs, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. read more

What a great place. They are an EZGO dealer but I favor Club Cars. They had a refurbished Club Car which was purple, perfect for a Ravens fan like me. They gave me a great price, generous trade in allowance and excellent warranty. The first charger they gave me didn't buzz to tell me when charging was complete. They exchanged it for one that did. The charger was newer and better than my old one. They also added a free floor mat. A nice little gift package arrived in the mail. Nice surprise! A sweet one. This dealer has been in Ocala for years and is family owned and operated. They treated this customer like part of their family. I highly recommend Ocala Golf Cart. Ocala Golf Cart was so easy to deal with. No nonsense, professional and friendly staff. They go out of their way to make your purchase smooth. We dealt with Matt and he was very helpful. They threw in some extra perks for our cart that we appreciated. We had ordered custom seats and unfortunately, when they arrived, the colors were not what we anticipated, but they let us pick out another color and ordered us new seats at no charge. The original seat order was one of the perks we had. We really appreciated their doing this. They have an onsite repair and diagnostic department and will pick up and deliver your cart to your home. My golf cart broke down and my neighbor referred me to, Ocala Golf Cart for repairs. I was delighted after calling them that they were going to pick up the cart free of charge and run a diagnostic. After the testing the repairs were going to cost me $1,200.00 because of the battery leaking (I bought this cart at another dealership 5 months ago) After thinking about it I wanted to trade it in for a newer used model. The owner was wonderful and gave me a trade in value that was too good to be true. (I only lost $500.00) The inventory was great, and I found the one that I wanted with all the bells and whistles. Not only did I find what I wanted but the owner also gave me $500.00 off the price marked on the cart. Today when I went to the mailbox there was a box from the dealership with a Thank you card and a free insulated mug. In today's world, service means everything, and I cannot stress how the people at Ocala Golf Cart are the BEST when it comes to dealing with them.  There is not a dealership in the area with a better inventory, new and used, there is not a dealership nearby where each and every employee treats you with the respect and friendly demeanor as this dealership.  We bought our golf cart from them, with the five year guarantee and each time we brought the cart to them (or they came and picked up the cart when we put in a back seat), their service and response was impeccable.  Adam has been great, from the first day of negotiating with my wife to finalize a price.  He remembers our name, even after a couple of years, and from the minute you walk into the place, all the other employees are polite, courteous and on the spot.  When my wife wanted seat belts, they made sure that they were installed in such a way that they could be used for either the back or front seats and they installed the back seats, golf cart rail and seatbelts within hours of picking the cart up at our home.  People always ask about my golf cart when I see them and they are always envious of the price we paid.  For my money, there is no other golf cart dealer I would think of buying from, and when we first bought our cart, we sought out other dealers first.  They were the last we met with, and the BEST.  I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for golf carts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
