In mid March, I decided to get a new 4 seater golf cart this year (trading in a Club Car Precedent) and did a significant amount of due diligence with 4 local and semi-local dealers plus on the internet researching some statewide dealers. I was getting pretty frustrated with limited cart availability and less than adequate effort to find solutions to my needs until I met Luis Gomez on the phone (Botero Carts). Luis, in a very professional manner, listened carefully to my situation, understood my goals and my urgent timing (heading north in 30 days). Every question I had and each challenge and need that came up, he figured out how we could get to the finish and deliver me the cart I wanted (Dach Apollo Elite). He satisfied my needs and requests and closed the deal rapidly. Un 5 days, Luis had my Dach cart shipped to me from Ocala. It came the day Luis said it would and was delivered by Michael who also did a great job providing necessary carefull handling and very good customer service training on arrival. Throughout the transaction, Luis was on the phone with me answering all of my questions and ensuring me the cart was arriving when he said it would. I could not have asked for more.
