When we came back in fall 2017 the door was not closing right and we noticed several joints where coming apart and one of the railing had pulled away 1/2 inch. We were told to call Laci at the Inverness store. She told us the Gazebo is made in GA. and the wood has not been dried, that might be the problem. They will come out and inspect. They said they might have to get new wood to repair. After 1 and 1/2 years and several calls to them with no return calls or empty promises it appears they do not care. If you want a quality gazebo and good service, stay away from this company.

He was here all day one day until almost 6:pm. It wasn't done though. Then he came back and spent another good part of a day. It was an inside door. The door wasn't replaced just the molding. So when he was done I can't believe he left tape on the floor paint and roller right where he was done. There are finger prints on the door that aren't mine. I will supply pictures. Plus he charged me $200 over the budget. It's just sad really. I gave him one star and that was for the 3 kids because they were so sweet. He needs to learn how to bid a job and clean up after himself. SMH True story. I couldn't make this up if I tried.

Nope, can't get the unit there until Thursday. Now we had no way of leaving stuff in storage any longer so we had to rent the Uhaul extra days, costing quite a bit more. Scotty nor the owner were willing to do anything to make the situation right. The "owner" never even reached out to speak to us. Scotty may have just not known but that's no excuse after he's been there so long. So, once they have your money and contract signed there is no service left to be had. We won't be returning and will be making a complaint with Better Business and the finance company.
