He fixed the sliding issue and replaced the handle, which had become loose over time because of the energy needed to open and close the door itself. Each garage offers a large screen that covers the garage door so you can open your door and let in the breeze on a nice day. They have CC&R's here but no HOA. I have had the opportunity to meet many of my father in laws friends and for the most part, they are friendly and always wave and say hello when they see me running by.
