Nope, can't get the unit there until Thursday. Now we had no way of leaving stuff in storage any longer so we had to rent the Uhaul extra days, costing quite a bit more. Scotty nor the owner were willing to do anything to make the situation right. The "owner" never even reached out to speak to us. Scotty may have just not known but that's no excuse after he's been there so long. So, once they have your money and contract signed there is no service left to be had. We won't be returning and will be making a complaint with Better Business and the finance company.

Waited past the stated delivery time for brick to be delivered. When we called customer service we had to call a call center in Timbukto. They then had to reach out to the store, the store had to the call the deliver place who said they did not have enough drivers. Store stared it wasn't their fault the company Lowes hired did not have enough drivers. Do not depend on a company that cannot provide the service they are selling.
