Best Shed place in town! Prior to getting a shed, I went out to seven places and got quotes. Jack's shacks was by far the most reasonable. I was so happy to actually be able to afford a shed. I spoke with Steve. Best customer service I have ever received. He talked to me as if I was a long lost friend instead of just a customer. He made sure all my needs were met. Then he sent Dominic out to do the installation. Dominic was extremely professional, polite, and patient with all my questions. He did a stellar job. DO NOT BUY HERE!! We ordered a 14x40 garage and everything was fine up till the time of installation. When you order a shed from them you put deposits down. And as each step from set up to completion they get the additional deposit. Well they don't even follow their own rules because the building was up but was not complete and they demanded full payment because my dad had a disagreement with them on options that were never discussed with us that have now caused problems. One of them being in the door threshold the frame runs through it and you have to step over the 2 inch frame to get out which is going to cause somebody to trip. After finding this out from the installation crew that there was an optional door that we weren't told about that's when all the issues started when we questioned that. She claimed she did not know they had an optional door. Hmmmm but you sell them. So she decided to send her big husband to intimidate us into paying the balance which we refused until it was complete. So much for intimidation!! They then decided to send a letter to our housing development trying to put a lien on it which won't work as we don't on the property but nice try. It's kind of funny considering we are friends with everybody here and they even laughed that they are that stupid to try to do that or to try to intimidate to collect money when the job isn't complete. BUYER BEWARE!! Too many other quality companies to deal with, so skip this one. read more

They don't honor their sales pitch! There is NO service after the sale. It's a family business. The wife Traci was nice at first to make the sale but after full payment the husband was nasty, argumentative, unprofessional & rude when asked about the first follow-up to check the leveling which they said is a $75 service but free the 1st time. After many voicemails without a return call I finally got the husband on the phone who totally misunderstood me as if he was under the influence of something and told me to F off so the wife Traci needs to take the calls or train her husband. When I told her I was going to give bad reviews she told me not to threaten their business, instead of trying to resolve the issue. We buy for several properties but have not used Jack's Shacks since this incident and do not recommend them. read more
