Long story short... I sent my tractor to Crystal to inspect my rotary cutter and PTO after a little…read more"accident" that I had while cutting my pasture. While it was in the shop, one of the technicians noticed that it still had the factory installed filters on it, and I was asked if I wanted the 50 hour service performed. The only problem? The tractor had been in about six months ago for that service. After some detective work, Jeff, the service manager got back to me and admitted that the tractor had somehow been sent back to me without the service being performed. Brian, the store manager, also called and spoke with me, taking full ownership of the mistake and informing me that in order to make amends there would be no charge for the rotary cutter service or the tractor transport fee. The 50 hour service would also be expedited and the tractor would be returned to me the following day. Mistakes happen, but for the folks at Crystal to step up, take responsibility and fix the problem is a refreshing departure from other experiences that I have had in similar situations. Kudos to the staff at Crystal, they have definitely earned my continuing loyalty.

Suzuki mechanic let me stand there while he corrected the job done by wrenche. Mike tried to say I clogged the motor with sand. The certified mechanic showed me how the impeller housing was loose and did not work at all. this guy takes zero responsibility and doesn't stand behind his work. a 500 dollar lesson he stole from me and lesson learned. take your mower to this guy, leave the boat repairs to professionals . he also got my buddy for jet ski repair and my friend had to take them straight to a dealer to fix. never repaired right in the first place. buyer beware!!
