A-Z had two teams around 10 workers come out to complete a job that was quoted to us on 11/8 - First of all it was many Very TALL large trees and a few smaller ones that needed to be removed and Stumps grinded. They did it all in 7 hours!!!!!!! They were very professional and accurate. Some tall large trees were very close to our fence lines and Home. They were able to complete this job accident free:) We are so please with the outcome. Do NOT use this company. He uses faulty equipment, and when questioned by it he leaves before the job is done. Funny thing is that he received a phone call, and left right after. Has ABSOLUTELY no customer service skills and says he has 15 years of experience, but doesn't know the first thing about the proper care of palm trees. I am reporting this to the BBB and to OSHA as well. read more
