It's also because the owner, Tyler, is super-professional, energetic, responsive, communicative, and a word you don't hear too often anymore - HONEST. Plus, he is one of the few pressure washing services whose business is not only licensed, but is covered with General Liability & Worker's Comp insurance. Here's my story which may help you to understand why he is worth at least a call... I was trying to sell a relative's home in Dunnellon, FL from 1000 miles away & had to hire a softwasher/pressure washer service but the one recommended for the Dunnellon area by the real estate agent was booked up for over 2 weeks. I researched like mad on Google, Homeadvisor, you name it & the ones that were "available" within a week or so - were either $$$$ (price gouging), had no or poorer reviews, or no response when contacted. I saw all the great reviews for Sunny Sometimes Softwash & Tyler on Google & HomeAdvisor and thought there would be know way he would be able to help me within a week because his reviews seemed too good to be true. Thankfully, I was wrong. He responded to me quickly and luckily he said he could not guarantee the exact day he could be there in the next week, as he would make the effort to work me in after the other jobs. He also answered my questions and thoroughly explained the process. Plus, he quoted me a standard (not price-gouging!) price for the work. Not only was he true to his word by coming 3 days later. He let me know he was there and shot a photo of the roof as process was in place. My real estate agent was absolutely delighted with the quality of the work and even asked for his cards. He had multiple ways to pay when job was finished (I did Quickpay). All-in-all - the whole process from 1st phone call, to getting job done, to payment exceeded my expectations. 5 star's all the way around!!!!!!!!!!!! I got a call this morning at 9 AM that they no longer were able to deliver the dumpster we agreed upon because over the weekend their truck that transports them had mechanical issues. The representative on the phone understood my frustration because I had taken PTO to do this project today. He then offered to bring me two 15 yard dumpsters which equals 30 yards instead of the 20 yard I ordered to make up for it. It was a fair offer in theory had they have been able to execute on their promise. At 1 o'clock, I still didn't have any dumpsters in my driveway had lost the entire day I had taken for PTO. I then called back to explain my frustration that now to do the project I have to take a second day of PTO since I wasted this one. I was told the gentleman was on the way to the dump to dump out one dumpster so they would have both of the 15s to bring me. It became a parent at that point that they're never likely was a dumpster available today. They just didn't have one and didn't wanna lose the job so made a promise to me that they could execute when they knew they couldn't. I received absolutely zero empathy for the second PTO day request, and then the gentleman on the phone started to become argumentative. I highly recommend you hire anyone but this company because they are unreliable and do not do what they say they can do. If you're relying on the affordable waste solutions to do their part to meet a project schedule or deadline whether you're in Construction or a home repair project it won't be with this company as they just feed you mistruths while they juggle their equipment to not lose out on a job. Honesty goes a long way and they lack it.
