We worked with Jasmine in the local office to design a 20x30 steel building. She was very nice and…read morehelpful. We went back for a redesign prior to starting fabrication, but they fabricated the building per the original design. Jasmine claimed she sent them the correct plans to fabricate. The installers were left to attempt to make what corrections they could on-site, but it is still not what we wanted. I was told to submit a work order. I was told to allow up to 2 weeks for them to review my request and contact me. Eight weeks later, I called them back and had to leave a message. They called me back a week later, and was told someone would contact me about my quirk order. Several weeks went by again with no call before I called back yet again, and was told the VP of the company would give me a call. He did not. Jasmine called and told me they were going to make it right even if they had to come out and take part of the building apart and fix it. It has now been another month, and not a word. They messed up, and now they are hoping I give up and it goes away. We were also told they weld everything. They do not. They weld about 12" of square tubing on the bottom rail and then slide support tubing over that 12" piece and screw it together. The siding material is littered with scratches. Scratches are supposed to be covered by warranty. They have made no effort to remedy that issue either. I guess, at least we have a building. Good luck. Better yet, don't bother. Update: many weeks went by with no contact. I called back again, only to be told again, that someone would call me. Crickets. We are now 8 months post install, and I am being told that they will not be fixing their mistake. The project manager is saying that they manufactured the building according to the plans they were provided, so they did nothing wrong. That may be true, but someone messed up not getting the correct plans to manufacturing. The company refuses to own up to their mistake for a building that cost us $10k.

Our shed, when finally delivered, looked like it had been put together quickly. Screws missing,…read moredents. No one was knowledgeable about the sheds. Most questions we asked were referred to someone else. We had to check for ourselves to see if we needed a permit. We WERE told the shed had a 20 year warranty. But that was only for rust. Which they conveniently left out. We got the truth by talking to the main office in Orange City, Florida. One disturbing item in the warranty: " IMPROPER INSTALLATION is not covered." Really!? That is insane. Nope. No recommendations from us. From now on we will always check warranties and go over them with a fine tooth comb. Of course, we know we could still take them to court if we had any serious issues in the future. And we pray we don't.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this carport company and would not recommend…read morethem. I hired them to provide the materials for a carport at my home and to coordinate a crew for installation. After obtaining my permit from Lake County, I contacted their scheduler, who instructed me to mail a check for half of the material costs. She even provided a mailing label. I promptly sent the check, and it was cashed without issue. I was clearly told that this would be a ONE-DAY installation. I was also instructed that I needed to rent a telescopic lift for that one day and have it on-site at 7:00 a.m. because "they start early." Based on their representation, I rented a lift for Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at a cost of nearly $1,000 for the day. The lift was delivered on time at 7:00 a.m. The crew did not arrive. Around 8:30 a.m., one of the crew members called and said they would be there by 11:00 a.m. At that point, my wife had to leave work and go home to show them where the carport was supposed to be installed -- something they should have already known before arriving. At approximately 4:00 p.m., the crew informed me that they would not finish that day and that I would need to rent the lift for another day. I was extremely stressed because I had only rented it for one day based on their explicit representation. When my wife called the rental company, she was told the additional day would cost approximately $500. The following afternoon, the crew again indicated they would not be done and that we needed to extend the lift rental yet another day -- resulting in nearly $1,000 more in unexpected rental fees. This is completely unacceptable given that they clearly represented that this would be a one-day installation. To make matters worse, there was a visibly bent panel in the top section during installation. When I asked the crew to replace it, they refused and told me to "call the office and fight it with them." My wife contacted the office by phone and email expecting some accountability or at least empathy (she spoke with Gabi and Kyle). Instead, she was told, "things happen, that is not in our control." It is absolutely within their control to hire a competent crew capable of completing a one-day installation if that is what they promise. It is also within their control to be transparent with customers about realistic installation timelines so people can plan and budget accordingly, especially if the installation is not going to be done in one day. Because of their poor coordination, and vague representations, to give them the benefit of the doubt, I incurred nearly $1,000 in additional rental costs and unnecessary stress. Kyle said, over the phone that a person is going to come to my house on Monday to replace the damaged panel in the front gable. Emily sent an email making that representation. I hope they comply and make sure the damaged panel is replaced. I will update this review accordingly. In the interim, I strongly encourage future customers to get everything in writing, clarify realistic timelines, and be prepared for additional unexpected expenses. My experience was frustrating, costly, and avoidable.

I don't know where to start with this company. It's been an uphill battle with them from day one…read more It started with it taking over a month to get our blueprints (which are required to even start permitting) They tried to charge us an extra $75 for the blueprints even though they were included in what we'd already paid the dealer. The blueprints themselves were a nightmare as well. They use the same blueprints for literally every building they make, so to pass permitting, we had to install a concrete foundation with rebar and footers for a 12x16 light gauge steel shed. When we finally got that finished, and called for installation, I was told that they would call me to let me know when they had someone in the area, but that I would have a week notice. They called me 11 days later on a Thursday to tell me they would be there on that following Monday. So, I had to scramble to take the day off work. I'm in medical care, so I can't just not come. I have to have coverage. That Monday rolls around, and I get a call saying that they won't be coming, because they got too backed up on other installs. At this point, they have cost me hundreds of dollars, and didn't seem to be concerned about it at all. This place is a mess.
