Jerry in sales was outstanding: patient, knowledgeable, and never rushed me. He stayed with me the entire time, answered every question, and didn't step away to help other customers while we were working together, which I really appreciated. Jerry took the time to understand what I actually needed, not just what was easiest to sell, and helped guide me toward a cart that truly fits my lifestyle and budget. For the first two carts, the check-in guy did repaired snaps on carts before checking anyone in. A lady came out and asked if he needed help.....he said no. 15 mins later, she came out and started helping anyway. Absolutely no communicates from the guy. There was 10 people there for a recall. The recall notice had the wrong date on the announcement. Hope my service work goes well. Been a customer for 10years. I'm done.

He needed the cart for a more detailed analysis and it was picked up later that day. The next day Sam called, cart was ready for return at my convenience. Pat McBride and his business partner and tech person, Ryan, were very easy to work with and had a cart for us to look at. There were completely honest with us and upfront about explaining what to be aware of when looking for a cart. We purchased a 2017 Yamaha QuieTech golf car from them. We've had the cart for a few weeks now and we're very happy with our purchase. Additionally, we had Ryan come out and install seat belts and side mirrors to our golf cart we purchased from them. I watched Ryan as he installed these to our golf cart we purchased from them. Ryan was very professional, extremely knowledgeable for anything and everything about golf cars. He's worked a number of years in the golf cart industry, working on them and actually building or re-building them. He seemed to know everything there is about golf carts.
