Problems: Speed: Sold as LSV 20-25 mph capable. It only does 19 mph. Financing: Quoted $212/mo @ 5.99%. Contract came back with different payment and rate. Emailed owner Jimmy -- no response. The payment difference isn't huge, and I would've accepted it upfront. Issue is being told one thing and sold another. Tip for other buyers, that I should have done myself. Get everything in writing before you leave. 1 star for friendly staff and helping with tags. Losing 4 stars for misrepresentation and no follow-up. I figured new batteries and called Don's to get a price and install. They picked up the cart and in 2 days returned it and said the batteries just needed a kick start to charge to get the big charger working. While I was in Orlando on business, I made a call to Florida Family Marine and was fortunate enough to connect with Josh Gourley, the Sales Manager. From beginning to end, the process of acquiring the boat was made easy and enjoyable by Josh and the entire team at Florida Family Marine. The staff on Old New York Avenue politely showed me every aspect of the used boat, and they disclosed both good and not so good items and made everything on the boat 100% functional before I picked her up. They detailed the cushions and cockpit as well as the hull and made the boat feel new to me. The test drive on the St. Johns River (which included some much-appreciated trailering schooling) with Josh was more like a fun family outing with your relaxed brother-in-law than a shake-down run! Josh and the Florida Family Marine team take the hassles out of purchasing a used boat. Boats are expensive vessels in 2025, and this family business takes the risk and discomfort out of the process with a "customer first" focus from beginning to end. I was told that they weren't responsible for any damages made while removing my dash cover meaning if they broke my dash they will not replace it. I didn't agree but was forced to sign a waiver if not the airbag safety recall would not be addressed. It was chevys mistake for the recall to begin with so anything in the process of correcting the problem should put them accountable for. My dash had no cracks chips or any damages before leaving my truck there. After picking up the truck I was infuriated. my dash was cracked in several major parts and is the only thing you notice as soon as you get in. I could understand one crack but as many as it has now , it should have 100% been replaced. they really f***** me. It is practically pieced together. I'm hesitant to even wipe it down. because of their recall now the appearance and value of my vehicle went down. it's embarrassin. how is that fair for the customer.

This owner then admitted that the worker over filled the oil reservoir but they could do nothing about it and tried to blame it on the fact that it was recently rebuilt even though it had been rebuilt for 6+ months with 0 issues other than an oil light coming on. They tried to misquote him 70$ for a part then declined to inform him the part was actually 250 and tried to still order it without his consent or knowledge . They told him it would be done within a week or less and it ended up being 3 weeks all for a 300$ "fix" to do nothing but total the bike entirely. again thankfully nobody was behind him , riding his bumper , or even on a turnpike . It's sad that the owner only cares about making himself look good and not actually care about the risk involved with working on these motor vehicles. If you don't have common sense that over filling the oil causing it to go in places it doesn't belong in 30 degree weather where the viscosity is more thicker than you should not be owning anything involving fixing vehicles. learn to take ownership before you cost someone their life over sloppy work and unprofessional management
