If I could give a 10 star review for Ferguson's I would. Derek and Jason were truly amazing! They diagnosed and fixed a difficult hydraulic brake problem on my 5th wheel RV. They put a new hydraulic pump in, brake calipers (and even welded my frame at no additional cost). Jason did a superb job diagnosing and repairing the brake issue. Jason and Derek not only did quality work, their service and professionalism was fantastic. They made me feel like I was part of the Ferguson family. For those of you who have gone to Camping World, and other RV repair places, paying exorbitant prices and getting poor (and slow!)service, put Ferguson's in your contact list and use them next time you need work on the undercarriage of your RV. Because the dealer screwed up my order on my 23 Ford Maverick, I didn't get the trailer hitch like I was supposed to. I contacted Ferguson's who said they would install one even if I didn't buy it from them. That worked out great as I was able to get the hitch and wiring harness from Ford with points, so I didn't have to pay for the hitch. I made an appt and got it installed. Ferguson's did a great job on the installation and did it in a timely manner and a great price. This is a great family-owned business, and I would highly recommend them. read more

I bent my boat trailer axle at a gas station. Lucky for me Ferguson's was 3 miles away and they had a new axle and installed it in 1 hour! Totally saved me. Great honest service personal and a huge amount of inventory in their store. I highly recommend. read more

Rip off doesn't do this place justice went in for a quote to fix my trailer lighting they looked at it and quoted 160 bucks to change both plugs and add a braking system for the trailer. When I got there the price jumped to 240 dollars(never received a call of the price increase and when I got home noticed all the wiring that was done was just dangling and if I would have gone over something it could have ripped the wiring right out. Besides the fact that I was told that they would change the plug on the trailer (that is why I brought it in with the truck) when I called I was told we only worked on the truck. I said why do you think I brought the trailer in with it? The I was told they checked the braking system I think they drove my truck to pick up lunch by the gas that was used. Beside the fact they are the rudest people both on the phone and in person I have ever meet I will never to businessmen with this establishment again . If I were you I would avoid it like the plague. read more

I was on a cross country trip hauling my Harley and 2 Beemers on an open Continental motorcycle trailer when I decided to stop in Melbourne Beach to visit my aunt Polly on my way back to the west coast. I noticed my tires were wearing funny on the trailer while I was right across the street at an auto-parts store buying a tail-light bulb. LUCKIEST stop I ever made! Right across the street was Ferguson's trailer supply so I swung in to have them take a look. Long story short, a bearing had failed on my trailer and the left wheel was near complete destruction, which would have likely caused my trailer full of bikes to flip, causing major $$ havoc to my wallet!! The guys there were SUPER nice and helpful and had new bearings and tires/wheels in stock and even upgraded me to easy lube caps. I was on my way within 30 minutes, how's that for outstanding service? Also,my bill was only $304.00 which was VERY reasonable for the parts/labor and saving my day! I can't say enough good about these guys, they are certainly the BEST trailer guys I have ever dealt with anywhere in the country. Highest recommendation! read more
