I definitely didn't want to have this work done by the dealership after experiencing lengthy delays and weeks in the shop for the simplest repairs and service. My insurance company Progressive provided me with a quick response and evaluation and left it up to me to find the Body Shop of my choosing. After doing some research and making an appointment with Todd's Auto Body and after meeting Todd and Shelly I knew these guys were definitely the ones for the job. They are also RVer's so they understood I didn't want to leave my RV away from my home any longer than absolutely necessary. They ordered all the parts required to complete the work and met with the insurance adjuster prior to requesting I bring our MotorCoach to their shop for repairs- once everything was in place the work was completed in only a few days which is exactly what I was looking for. The quality of the paint and workmanship was nothing less than outstanding, Shelly is a great communicator and provided me with updates during the entire process starting from our first introduction and Todd is such a professional and master craftsman, the entire process exceeded my expectations and I'm so lucky I found them. If your an RV owner and you're looking for an alternative to the disappointing service department…read moreat your dealership contact Steve Taylor at "The RV RN" a nationally certified RV Technician who goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. When my rear A/C unit began failing on my Class A Diesel MotorCoach I knew I had no interest in taking my rig to the dealership even though it was under warranty. Fortunately my extend warranty recognizes a certified RV technician to troubleshoot and make repairs, of course this cost comes in the form of a reimbursement so documentation and photos are required along with a detailed invoice. Besides a tremendous skill set and years of experience in the RV Industry Steve also brings honesty and a strong ethical component to the business and a very fair pricing schedule. If you're looking for a dependable and reliable technician look no further than The RV RN. I knew the reputation of the RV Industry prior to purchasing my MotorCoach and I also knew at some point I'd need a Nationally Certified Mobile RV Technician to help fill the gap when I lack the skills or if the task required a second look or a extra set of hands or it was something that I simply didn't want to tackle. I am very happy with the service Steve provided and the prices for those services - no one welcomes mechanical or electrical issues but you'll sleep better at night knowing you have a resource and a partner that will provide solid solutions when it's required I know I will...
