I definitely didn't want to have this work done by the dealership after experiencing lengthy delays and weeks in the shop for the simplest repairs and service. My insurance company Progressive provided me with a quick response and evaluation and left it up to me to find the Body Shop of my choosing. After doing some research and making an appointment with Todd's Auto Body and after meeting Todd and Shelly I knew these guys were definitely the ones for the job. They are also RVer's so they understood I didn't want to leave my RV away from my home any longer than absolutely necessary. They ordered all the parts required to complete the work and met with the insurance adjuster prior to requesting I bring our MotorCoach to their shop for repairs- once everything was in place the work was completed in only a few days which is exactly what I was looking for. The quality of the paint and workmanship was nothing less than outstanding, Shelly is a great communicator and provided me with updates during the entire process starting from our first introduction and Todd is such a professional and master craftsman, the entire process exceeded my expectations and I'm so lucky I found them. This is a great local business and one you should consider if you find yourself in need of this type of work...

When my rear A/C unit began failing on my Class A Diesel MotorCoach I knew I had no interest in taking my rig to the dealership even though it was under warranty. Fortunately my extend warranty recognizes a certified RV technician to troubleshoot and make repairs, of course this cost comes in the form of a reimbursement so documentation and photos are required along with a detailed invoice. Besides a tremendous skill set and years of experience in the RV Industry Steve also brings honesty and a strong ethical component to the business and a very fair pricing schedule. If you're looking for a dependable and reliable technician look no further than The RV RN. I knew the reputation of the RV Industry prior to purchasing my MotorCoach and I also knew at some point I'd need a Nationally Certified Mobile RV Technician to help fill the gap when I lack the skills or if the task required a second look or a extra set of hands or it was something that I simply didn't want to tackle. I am very happy with the service Steve provided and the prices for those services - no one welcomes mechanical or electrical issues but you'll sleep better at night knowing you have a resource and a partner that will provide solid solutions when it's required I know I will...

But I just have to give a big shoutout to Christian at Daytona Mercedes. Even though I ultimately did not end up making the drive down to purchase the vehicle we made a deal on, Christian absolutely went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was professional, patient, transparent as glass, and genuinely worked hard to try to put together a deal that made sense for me and my family. If it makes money it makes sense. What stood out the most was that he never made it feel like a typical pushy dealership experience. He communicated clearly, respected my time (especially since most of the communication was via text), worked through the numbers with me, followed up, and actually made me feel like he cared about earning my business the right way. The deal simply didn't work out in the end because of my family's timing and circumstances, but that had nothing to do with Christian's effort. He did everything he could on his end and handled the whole situation with class. If you're looking at a vehicle at Daytona Mercedes, I would absolutely recommend asking for Christian Wilson. Even without completing the purchase, he earned my respect and my recommendation. That says a lot. Huge thanks again Christian for working with me, You were stellar bro.
