I can't say enough good things about this group of RV renovations and repair guys! We have had our RV in twice for modifications and repairs on the interior of our coach and both times I have been pleased beyond expectations. They installed a winshield shade and removed our old propane stove to replaced it with a cabinet for kitchen storage and a cooktop and the cabinet looked identical to the existing cabinetry. Both have been wonderful for several years with no issues. This past visit we had them repair the television cabinet over the steering wheel that had slipped some with age and movement. They made it look brand new and added a TV arm, reloacted our sound bar and ventilated our electronics cabinet and added fans to keep the space cooler. They determined our air conditioner was compromised from a soft start and saved us the cost of replaceing it saving us a ton on money. They are honest and hard working people and I highly recommend them! read more

GOOD OL' FASHION CUSTOMER SERVICE! The rear queen size bed was removed in my 1994 Bounder 34J. That bedroom area was transformed into a yoga room. There is now plenty of floor space to do all of my yoga stretches. Classic Coach works is a family owned business. They really go to the college effort to please their customers. Alan listened closely to the vision I had for remodeling the back bedroom into a yoga room. Hie helpful suggestions kept me from getting a few knocks on the head by the cabinets. The wood work they did was so good it made the room look like Fleetwood designed it into the coach. When I picked up the coach about a week later, it had some electrical issues manifest. Classic Coach Works techs Dan and Scot went to great lengths to solve all the issues. I watched them work. They are masters. Pay 'em to keep 'em. Classic Coach Work's estimate was the highest of the 3 establishments I enquired with. The reason I still went with Classic Coach Works was the 1st impression Alan made going into such detail with the options he presented. We recently had a new GE refrigerator installed to replace our Norcold in our 2005 Holiday Rambler. We are very pleased with the installation. The unit looks like it actually came from the factory this way. Classic had to jump through hoops to get this unit when their supplier could not get the original Fisher-Paycel who had decided on. Once we got home we discovered that this place had cut some video cables to my existing back-up camera and attempted to splice them together with tape. Even I know you can't do that. It was so messed up we had to buy a new back-up camera and have it installed. read more

Classic Coach Works motto of "FIT AND FINISH" is a joke. we gave them $21,000.00 for renovations to our 2013 Itasca Ellipse 42QD motorhome. What we got was shoddy workmanship. The refrigerator they installed for us. was not secured and it fell over while in travel to out campsite. Had to use a ratchet strap to hold it in during travel until we returned for the second stage of our renovations. This company cuts corners and costs by doing things without your approval. They pulled the carpet out of our wall slide, then laid the new flooring down without build up the floor so it was even with the main floor. Then told us they don't build up the floor in wall slides after removal of old flooring. By not building up the floor so it was level. We could not use of dinner table or our recliner due to the chairs tilting badly. the plastic that covers the valley under the carpet was nothing more than cheap shower paneling, broke the first time it was stepped on. I had to put in 16 hour total of my own time to repair mistakes they made by NOT paying attention to details. Do Not use this company if you want quality work at the price they charge. Your surely won't get what you paid for. read more

We recently had several upgrades done to our 2017 Entegra motor coach by Classic Coach Works. The folks here are genuinely "first class", and the quality of the workmanship, the attention to detail, and the concern for perfection is better than any independent shop or RV dealer we've ever done business with. In a nutshell, if you can dream it, Classic Coach Works can build it, modify it, and perfect it.....all at a price that we felt was EXTREMELY FAIR. Need an upgrade or a refit on your rig? I am writing to let people know that this company will stand behind its work even after a couple years have passed. They learned of my issues with the work I had done, and contacted me (believe it or not) about bringing it back to get the issues taken care of. I brought it back to them, and pointed out the remaining issues (some of them I had repaired elsewhere). They not only fixed the issues I had pointed out, but did a few other things as well!! They fixed a problem with the floor that I was not aware of and it looks like new again. They went through all the work they did before and assured that there were no more issues coming up. They re-installed the ceiling lights so that they are aligned properly, and (so far) the little blue LED's in the switches are all working. The front daytime shade that wouldn't retract turned out to be a failing motor (not the switch) and they replaced that. I am Completely satisfied with the way they handled this situation. I would now recommend this company to do any interior remodels you may want for your coach. read more
