If your an RV owner and you're looking for an alternative to the disappointing service department…read moreat your dealership contact Steve Taylor at "The RV RN" a nationally certified RV Technician who goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. When my rear A/C unit began failing on my Class A Diesel MotorCoach I knew I had no interest in taking my rig to the dealership even though it was under warranty. Fortunately my extend warranty recognizes a certified RV technician to troubleshoot and make repairs, of course this cost comes in the form of a reimbursement so documentation and photos are required along with a detailed invoice. Besides a tremendous skill set and years of experience in the RV Industry Steve also brings honesty and a strong ethical component to the business and a very fair pricing schedule. If you're looking for a dependable and reliable technician look no further than The RV RN. I knew the reputation of the RV Industry prior to purchasing my MotorCoach and I also knew at some point I'd need a Nationally Certified Mobile RV Technician to help fill the gap when I lack the skills or if the task required a second look or a extra set of hands or it was something that I simply didn't want to tackle. I am very happy with the service Steve provided and the prices for those services - no one welcomes mechanical or electrical issues but you'll sleep better at night knowing you have a resource and a partner that will provide solid solutions when it's required I know I will...

I definitely didn't want to have this work done by the dealership after experiencing lengthy delays and weeks in the shop for the simplest repairs and service. My insurance company Progressive provided me with a quick response and evaluation and left it up to me to find the Body Shop of my choosing. After doing some research and making an appointment with Todd's Auto Body and after meeting Todd and Shelly I knew these guys were definitely the ones for the job. They are also RVer's so they understood I didn't want to leave my RV away from my home any longer than absolutely necessary. They ordered all the parts required to complete the work and met with the insurance adjuster prior to requesting I bring our MotorCoach to their shop for repairs- once everything was in place the work was completed in only a few days which is exactly what I was looking for. The quality of the paint and workmanship was nothing less than outstanding, Shelly is a great communicator and provided me with updates during the entire process starting from our first introduction and Todd is such a professional and master craftsman, the entire process exceeded my expectations and I'm so lucky I found them. I climbed all over this vehicle right out of the shop and the more I looked the more I wanted it and it seemed that the upgrades were endless. What arrived here as a stock 2004 4.0 L with 190 h.p. became a little unleashed with the installation of a Sprintex Supercharger which effectively adds about 40% more horsepower and 35%+ more torque. The flow master exhaust system nets approximately another 10% horsepower all combined its a noticeable difference believe me. The full lift, suspension and springs with "Fox" shocks allowed it to be fitted with new 17" "Fuel Rims" and 33" ToyoTires, aggressive and highly stable on the highway yet provides all the technical toughness needed to go off-road. New brakes and hardware stops this beast on a dime, rhino rust protection inside and out, dressed with "Rock Hard" custom bumpers and a 9,500 pound Smittybilt XRP Winch and beautiful new paint inside and out and I love the front to rear LED lighting and wiring upgrades - the upgraded interior is neat but still allows me to put my personal touch to finish it that will make it mine. The quality of the parts installed and the workmanship is incredible - I certainly will stop in when I'm in the area and check these guys out. So I went to the store and I talked with the proprietor/owner Paul and he suggested what he thought I should get and I concurred. So I bought a good Kenwood touchscreen radio and four speakers costing approximately in total $2000. Along with a rear view backing camera. We arranged for an appointment to have the work done. The installer of my merchandise was a young man named Matt. This guy did a superb job installing this sound system however well doing so he mentioned to the owner Paul that he did not think I should purchase the speakers he said mine were quite adequate and he just didn't recommend it. Something about the ohms an electrical term. So Paul came out to the waiting room to talk to me and discuss this situation. He said Matt suggested not doing it and he agreed. so we have here the owner of a company that's been in business for more than 30 years telling a customer that maybe you shouldn't get the speakers. I thought to myself wow this is one class individual super honest person. Most people would not have even passed on that message I think. Well in doing so he saved me $500. I was so impressed with these two guys I just was flabbergasted that there was so much honesty here. So in closing I would recommend sound crafters to anybody and everybody I talk to about a new sound system for their vehicle and the utmost respect I have for that organization. This type of honesty just overwhelmed me with surprise. So I just wanna say thanks to Paul and Matt and the rest of the crew. Thank you for a job well done folks.
