had gotten into a auto accident back at the end of May 2023. I was advised to take my car to the Daytona Auto Mall body shop in Daytona Beach Florida, which was the worst mistake. The only time that they had ever called me with an update was when my car initially got down there other than that I had tried to call and I never got an update on my car. Towards the end of September I had drove down there to get a status update because the receptionist had told me that my car was going to be done the day that I drove down there. When I drove down there I went around the back lot and saw my car sitting there, not repaired at all the bumper was still off and on the window it said that they had miss ordered parts. When I went inside, I had requested to speak to a manager sat down, spoke with him and he gave me his personal phone number so that I could contact him about the repairs of my car. He said that it would be done that following week so when I texted him on Tuesday that following week to get an update the number came back as a fake number. I tried calling it and it was an automated message that said that the number was not in service. I ended up going down there and picking it up after them having it for 4 months and by the time I got back to Jacksonville I went to go open my trunk and I realized that my trunk and my driver backside tail light was messed up so I had called them to schedule an appointment to fix it. I went down there this past week on Tuesday I sat in the waiting room for almost 2 hours, and all they did was run my car through the car wash. If anything they made my trunk worse and they left a dent on my car Near where the taillight is messed up and also left grease stains on my roof liner. I have now been down there two times after the initial repairs for them to try and fix the damages that are still on my car that should have been fixed in the first place and they have not done anything. They are not communicative at all. They do not respond to voicemails. They do not respond to phone calls. They will leave you on hold until the phone hangs up. There was even a point in time where they had blocked my number from calling them. Now I am having to try and work out with my insurance and look to take my car to another body shop and pay out-of-pocket for the repairs because I do not trust the people down there to be working on my car. My family of 4 had car trouble on a road trip and were able to pull into the auto mall. The service department was closed because of the holiday, but McKinley, a Ford sales manager, was a lifesaver. He did everything to set the car up to be repaired the next day, drove us to the car rental place that was 15 minutes away, waited for us to rent a car, and helped us load our stuff (including installing car seats). He really went the extra mile, and the most amazing part to me is that he had nothing to gain. As far as the service department, they were communicative and got the repair done in one day. The "Mall" is actually a group of multiple auto dealerships. It is miles long in total and there is not a connecting walkway from dealer to dealer. You will have to walk on the service road but like another reviewer said do not attempt during the summer or you will drop. I would agree with another poster on the point that the auto mall has great variety of makes and models. So, if you want to compare, and test drive to see what you like it's a great place. However, Beware that you do not buy on the spot! I made this mistake! I highly recommend that you make a choice then go home and research the vehicle which you chose, before negotiating with the dealer. I stopped at Gary Yeoman's Ford and found the sales people very pushy, Our salesman actually followed our car as we pulled in to park and stood waiting for us to get out of the car! My biggest complaint is that they over inflate the actual prices. Not all of the cars have price stickers on them! I was looking for a nice car in the 24,000 price range. And then would use my current car as a trade in. I found a car which I really liked, a 2006 Volvo C70 but it had no sticker on it. I was told it was 29,900. I decided to stretch my (and my fiance's) budget to buy the car, and traded in my 2004 Cadillac SRX. After I got home I wanted to find out more about the car I just bought. I looked it up on line and found out that the exact car I just bought from the same dealer was listed 4,000. cheaper than what they charged me. And when I called the dealer on this, they said, Oh that's if you have a trade in and at least 2K cash down. It did not state this on the ad, and besides, I did this above and beyond. A great trade in, 6K down, balance in cash. They treated me as if I had and empty pair of shoes!!! BTW, when I researched this year and model car, 24K is the going price. I also found a brand new 2011 volvo C70 advertized for the price I purchased mine at at a volvo dealer. I can not say enough, research what you are buying, before negotiating!! read more

I went it close to 9 months pregnant to purchase a vehicle for my daughter who was 16 at the time . The main thing I expressed was that I wanted something safe and reliable for her! After increasing our budject we finally decided on a CPO Ford Fusion . The car was in mint condition except for a small rip in the carpet which they promised to fix ! Little did we know this was going to be Minimal to what we were going to face in the next couple years . We left the dealership with the check ingine light on and I was told that it was because they gazed the car with it on... ok so we drove the car back the next day and they made the light go off and a couple days later it happened again. So now we take the car back again and they give us a loaner till they fixed it . Meanwhile they contact us and let us know that we signed papers on the wrong car and the one we liked is a little more and if we wanted that car that I would have to go in redo the paperwork! Of course no problem I'm only about ready to have a baby . We go back redo all the paperwork and finally get the act back ! Meanwhile I'm still waiting for the carpet to come in for them to fix that as well l. 6 weeks later my daughter breaks down with the car overheating . 16 years old !!!!! The sent a tow truck to pick up the car and we are stuck with another loaner , meanwhile we kicked out 2k for a down payment , spent more than we wanted because they sold us the wrong car , made 2 month payments in a car we barely had. We get the car back this time I had reached to the head manager who promised me that everything was fixed and new carpet was installed car was good to go!! Car came back with carpets that were cut up and tucked under seats i couldn't believe it and have pictures to prove it! Again I thought this is not real ! So they come pick up the car again and have it for another week. Finally car came back carpet was good and seemed to be running good . So we thought . So I can cut this nightmare short . My daughter was left stranded on 92 in Daytona because of the heating problem ,heading to school, on top of a bridge in Saint Augustine and I could go on ! This car has been there AT LEAST 8 times I'm 2 years and it's there right now !!!! 4 times this year ready . I've talked to every manger they keep making promises they can't keep . Please be aware of buying a car from here ! I asked for a sage reliable car for my daughter and it's bren nothing but a nightmare! She could have gotten seriously injured a couple of the times , thank God nothing happened!!! What if ? What if the time at the bridge , what if the time on 92 when it was dark ? DODGE ... CHRSYLER... Whatever you are - What a joke! My mother took her car into Dodge Daytona to be repaired for a part that was supposedly under warranty. But, it wasn't. We had to take it back again, for the same problem. 8 weeks later after they had the car for the second time, they decided it wasn't under warranty. But, they were going to be such a stand up company (this is why people don't by US by the way) they would pay half the cost $400 later. So, my mother, who is on a fixed income, had to lay out the entire $400+ for the repair and Chrysler/Dodge would reimburse half to her, 7-10 days after she paid the full amount. On March 25 she paid the full amount. She was told by the supervisor Kim, it would take 24 hours to process and then the check would be mailed. After weeks of calling the Dodge/Chrysler NON-customer service department, and leaving messages for Kim, the supervisor, we are told Kim is no longer there. But, the check was mailed out May 11. I'm no math genius, but it certainly doesn't take one to figure out this wasn't resolved in 7-10 days or even mailed out for that matter. So we were told we had to now wait until 14 days after the check was mailed to call back and report the check as not arrived. On Monday, 4/25 we called and were advised that there was nothing they, Chrsyler/Dodge could do until the check was missing for 30 days. FOR REAL Chrysler/Dodge?????? You are going to take advantage of this poor, elderly, on a fixed income woman over $200 that should have been covered on your piece of crap Dodge to begin with? This is really how the American company that got bailed out over and over to stay in business, does business? What an awful excuse of a company. Poor customer service and Poor product. I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased a 2017 Jeep from this dealer 10 months ago and have had nothing but problems with it starting with it leaking and most recently completely breaking down, both front windows do not work as well as the AC. I called and called to try to get help but did not hear anything back. Even leaving voicemails for sales and service managers with no return call. I finally got in touch with somebody in service after days but was told all the repairs and cost was all on me! I asked to speak with a manager, the poor guy I talked to in service was forced to deal with me because the general manager and service manager would not even talk to me. I havent even had the $36,000 vehicle 3 year old vehicle a year and now have to put $1500 into it to get it running. They sold me a lemon, completely over priced and have no desire to help resolve anything. Worst experience I have ever had with any dealership purchasing a vehicle...I do not recommend purchasing from this dealership unless you want to have to chase and chase after them to get zero resolution. read more

What we liked was that we were able to negotiate with Joe and his manage Mr. Paul Santangelo in a spirited back and frow business senio until we worked out a fair deal. Love these guys and their dealership. Additionally, they have super classic cars on display in the show room. We took home the exact Jeep that we love. Daytona Auto Mall's Collision Center does shoddy work. I hope Mr. Yeomans knows what a disaster the Collision Center is. Poor quality work with a lifetime warranty is not exactly comforting. I wish there was a half star rating, but I guess I'll just have to give Daytona Auto Mall one star for this rating.
