I come in Tuesday the 12th and I agree to bring it in Thursday. I call Thursday asking if I can bring it Friday instead, he agrees. I come in Friday at noon and he tells me "it's too late, welcome to the real world kid" when you didn't specify a time or tell me of that. I took my truck there and showed the lady the damage from the broken glass on the hood and fender that were hard to see. So they had my truck for a month while I paid for a rental. I got the truck back and they did boogie the hood. Told me to bring it back and would have to wait again. There is no way I would do business with them again. read more

Their estimate was LESS THAN HALF of 2 local repair shops, and their workmanship is GREAT! There is NO evidence of any repair work on our vehicle and we couldn't be happier. Great place to have your car worked on. They are so neat and clean you could eat off the floor here... almost. They replaced my hood fenders and rear deck of my Miata and it could have passed for new. They even painted the inside of the rear deck, (trunk hood). Highly recommended. read more

I don't know where to begin to try to describe what a terrific experience I had getting my car repaired here. Not only did they do an outstanding job repairing my car, they completed the work early (I've never known any repair shop to do this). When I picked up my car, it looked almost brand new because they washed it for me. When I got in it to go home, I realized they had also vacuumed the floors. The shop is clean and Al was precise and professional. His estimate was very detailed, more so than the other estimates I had obtained. I recently had a low speed collision with another car that resulted in a nice dent in the front bumper of my new car. A co-worker recommended Southside Collision which is close to my work. I called and was told to bring my car in anytime for an on the spot quote. When I brought it in Allen was awesome. He thoroughly checked out my car and gave me a quote. It was higher than another company that I had just emailed photos too so Allen went over the other quote with me and pointed out damage under the hood that the other company wouldn't have seen from the photos. I got a really good feeling from him that his was an honest shop so I made the appointment for the repairs. I was told it would take about a day and a half and that was accurate. My final price was the price he quoted. Not only does my car look as good as new but they also washed the outside of the car and vacuumed the inside too. They even left me some goodies inside including a little flashlight, a pack of tissues and a day planner. What a nice touch. I highly recommend this shop and a big thank you to Allen for being such a great guy to deal with. read more

Excellent service and an honest price. Our college student son had a couple of non-collision issues with his car, rear door was stuck closed and the sunroof leaked. Infiniti G35. I was expecting to leave the car overnight, but Alan, who is professional and was very friendly, told us he could have it done by the end of the day. Sure enough, we got the call about 2 pm the car was ready. And the charge was very reasonable. This seems to be a family-run business who cares about serving their customers. Went to them with a "minor" problem (back door wouldn't stay shut) and they had it fixed with the new part in just a couple of hours at the price they gave me.
