Had a battery go bad that was still under warranty, and the women (Debbie) there said the battery wasn't registered to my truck and would not warranty my new battery. AUTOZONE installed the battery so if it wasn't registered to my truck, the installer didn't do his job and nothing was required by me the last 9 years of buying batteries there so why void my warranty plus she removed every label off my new battery including the warnings labels. She said if I wanted a warranty, I could buy the battery that was under warranty? Real professionalism! I was in there 4/24/26 to have the battery (same one they installed) checked and was told it, starter and alternator were all good. 2 Weeks later truck had to be towed because it wouldn't start. BAD BATTERY! I had Gary Yeoman diagnose my truck thinking the battery was good like I was previously told by Autozone and they removed it for me to take it back to Autozone since it was still under warranty. The only other place to touch that battery other than AutoZone the last 3 years. I been a customer for 30 years but after her behavior I will be going up the road to O'Reilly's. Bullying disabled 66-year-old female seniors is her specialty. Nothing professional about her both times I've encountered her. Beware they can cancel your warranty, "just because". I'm contacting BBB next because this is nothing more than greed! I have a new battery but no 3-year warranty because she has a bad attitude and so do I now! Guess she judged me as a liar since she didn't want to hear anything I was trying to tell her. Maybe tearing my labels off was making too much noise for her to hear me. I ask for a copy of the sheet with the labels to which she replied, that's my copy but it was actually her original since I ask for a copy. Nothing but nasty remarks when trying to find out why she was tearing off all my new battery labels. I'm also out of wrecker money but it's not their money so they don't care. read more

Stopped in to get a cabin filter for my awesome vanlife van. My awesome pro master 2500 that's been built out for vanlife so I can travel the country with my BMW motorcycles riding like a crazy man. Unfortunately stood around for about 20 minutes and never got waited on as it appeared only one guy was working and it was pretty busy inside. Sometimes people come in and they take forever to get their part as they don't know what they want so I turned around and finally left after waiting a long time and went to their competition. read more

Went in to purchase a motorcycle battery I took a picture of my old battery and brought it in. A woman sold me a battery brought it home to install and it was completely the wrong size cranking amps and everything. I then go into return the battery explaining my frustrations and two very unmotivated young men tried to sell me the wrong battery again! I understand that it's difficult getting people to work for you but when you're talking about needing someone with at least a little bit of knowledge like reading a box I think you should select better employees. read more

I have been here for several items for different vehicles. They have either had the part on hand or ordered it and had it delivered to my home for free. I recently was experiencing some problems with my charging system that seemed to intermittently act up. I brought it to them to confirm my own limited testing at home and they found that the battery had a bad cell as I thought. The gentleman helping me went inside and brought out a new battery of the same quality. Installed it and said that I was good to go. NO CHARGE. The previous battery was from them and was still under warranty that I did not even know about. read more

My daughter and I pulled into Auto Zone on Tuesday the 27th. My car was having issues starting. My daughter knew a little bit. She said "it's either the battery or the alternator." Fischer, customer service technician, put a couple of gauges on the car and it was the alternator. I paid for it and it would be there the next day. He said it was two bolts that we could do it ourself. He was right. Two bolts. The problem was we didn't have all of the tools we would need. Luckily my neighbor, Dan, had what we needed and we were up and running like Fischer said. Fischer took excellent care of us. He charged my battery so that we could make it back to our house. I recently stopped in because BankAmeri Deals was offering 5% cash back on all purchases under $500 at any Auto Zone location. Before we went to Auto Zone, the hubs called them to verify that they had the bulb in stock for my vehicle and that it was the correct one. Oscar, the store manager, told us that the bulb was in stock and it was correct - so, we headed over there. When we arrived, another associate was outside assisting a customer with his vehicle - I was awed at the great display of customer service. The Auto Zone team really goes above and beyond to assist everyone. As we walked inside, we were able to easily find the item that I needed for my vehicle. All of the aisles are spaced nicely so it isn't difficult trying to navigate your way through the store. Checking out was a breeze! The cashier didn't try to sell us hundreds of items that we didn't need - which was such a relief since it was getting dark. We got the lightbulb installed in my vehicle and we were done for the night! Overall, I am extremely happy with the visit and look forward to my next trip. read more
