When you buy a car and it stops working after two weeks, something is clearly wrong. They claim every vehicle goes through a 125-point inspection, but that doesn't seem believable in my experience. I requested to return the vehicle, but they refused because it was past their 10-day return policy -- by just a few days. Now I'm stuck with a car that doesn't run properly, and they refuse to take responsibility or help in any meaningful way. Be warned: they seem warm and friendly when they're selling you the car, but that changes quickly once they have your money.

The transmission in my truck blew up. I have an extended warranty. So, I wasn't worried about the cost of a new transmission. But my extended warranty company would not replace my transmission due to contact terms. As you can imagine, I didn't know what to do. Talk about extreme stress!$$$ But then, Ben Burrows, my service advisor, and Tommy Arena, the service manager, at Gary Yeomans Ford, heard what happened.
