    We received great service with Peg Hanson at Gary Yeomans Honda in Daytona Florida. Peg was friendly and easy to work with. Peg stayed with us throughout the entire transaction right up till we drove away, Thanks Peg, Cai loves her new first car!

    I would give 0 stars if I could, last Wednesday I traded in a 2021 Ford Expedition for a 2016 Ford F250 they had on there lot. Everything with the sale went great after some negotiating we left the same night with the truck. Come Friday I notice the truck is leaking a quarter size oil drop in my driveway. I call the sales manager of the sales employee I dealt with he tells me to bring the truck in first thing Monday morning and that they would have a loaner ready for my wife (who is 36 weeks pregnant and would have a 2 year old with her). Come Monday they then proceed to make my wife wait there over an hour while they then tell us the only resolution they have is to either reverse the deal and give us our Expedition back or to have us pay there cost to have the upper oil pan seal replaced (a $3200 job). Low and behold this truck I purchased is a Ford Blue Advantage Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. The truck should have never gotten certified with the oil leak according to the 139pt inspection it goes trough for this certification, but also this leak should be covered under the 90 day/4k mile warranty that is offered with this certification. I will be seeking legal advice, and would not recommend my worst enemy to this dealer.

I went to the service dept early Friday to see if they can help! And boy did they! Everyone in the service dept was WONDERFUL!! Stacie Lucas my service writer was EXCELLENT! I can't say enough about her knowledge- customer service skills and understanding I was out of town and I needed my truck back asap. Well, she pulled it off and kept in constant contact with me through the process!! I got my truck back in a few hours and I was on my way! I have to say she is most certainly an asset to John Hall Chevrolet! Thank You Stacie!! I would all so like to mention Jason who works the shuttle-he too was wonderful! He bought me back to the Rod Run and was waiting for me when picking me back up! Great Service Jason! I would like to Thank all of the service dept employees for their help and getting me back on the road again so quickly! You have quite the team there!     I am extremely disappointed with the service at Jon Hall Chevrolet. My vehicle is still under…read morewarranty, yet I've had to bring it in FOUR separate times for the same safety sensor issue. Each visit has been a waste of time. I was told the sensor was replaced, but less than 24 hours later, the exact same warning signal came back on. This clearly shows the problem was never properly diagnosed or fixed. What's even more frustrating is the lack of accountability. Despite being under warranty, they seem unwilling to fully repair the issue or take the time to ensure it's actually resolved. Instead, I keep getting sent away with the same unresolved problem. This has been incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, especially when dealing with something related to vehicle safety. I expected better service, communication, and follow-through. I would not recommend this dealership if you're relying on them for warranty repairs.
