I would give 0 stars if I could, last Wednesday I traded in a 2021 Ford Expedition for a 2016 Ford F250 they had on there lot. Everything with the sale went great after some negotiating we left the same night with the truck. Come Friday I notice the truck is leaking a quarter size oil drop in my driveway. I call the sales manager of the sales employee I dealt with he tells me to bring the truck in first thing Monday morning and that they would have a loaner ready for my wife (who is 36 weeks pregnant and would have a 2 year old with her). Come Monday they then proceed to make my wife wait there over an hour while they then tell us the only resolution they have is to either reverse the deal and give us our Expedition back or to have us pay there cost to have the upper oil pan seal replaced (a $3200 job). Low and behold this truck I purchased is a Ford Blue Advantage Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. The truck should have never gotten certified with the oil leak according to the 139pt inspection it goes trough for this certification, but also this leak should be covered under the 90 day/4k mile warranty that is offered with this certification. I will be seeking legal advice, and would not recommend my worst enemy to this dealer. read more

So GYF collision does or I should say did Jeep Crossion warenty work for Jeep Corp. Going to make this as breif as possible about the experience with them though Jeep. As known all the new jeep are having crossion issues, as mine started with a spot on the hood. Take it to the local jeep dealer and have it replaced under warranty. Keep in mind that this jeep is prestine and keep show car clean. So they have it for a week, get it back and am getting checked out at the dealership. Im informed then that they replaced all 4 of my doors as they were starting to show signs of issues. GREAT, thanks for actally going above and beyond. Go and walk out to the jeep, and I see bumps all over the side of the jeep. Bring it to the Service mangers at jeep attention. said he would contact them in the morning and let me know what the game plan will be to make it right. I drive how 20 min down I-4 and every time I passed by another vehicle I am feeling a breeze on my hip. Concerned I pulled over thinking that the door may not be fully closed. Get back on the road and all the rest of the way home, it kept happening. Never happened before and the interior noise was much louder that it was when it went in. Get home and started looking over the job they did. Lots of dirt / fisheye both on the hood and the doors here and there. Buffing compound burn noted in two spots, buffing compound on the black parts of the jeep. So back to the dealership to have these issues taken care of. My Serivice manager tells me that GYF states that they dont buff parts on the car. Told him thats a lie. The buffer marks noted on my black parts were clearly done on the vehicle. Then tried to say that it was there prior as they didn't do the damage. So that right there tells me that this is not an on the level company to deal with. there were so many spots on the jeep that were not right that I looked like a zebra from all the outlines around the imperfections. I will say that they DID NOT fix the door seals, didn't take care of their piss poor paint job. My 70k jeep has different tinted paint that you can see clearly in the sun. I do know that they will no longer be doing jeep warranty work, which hopefully keep substandard work away from the jeep brand. I swear that Steve Wonder the body man and shop supervisor works at GYF !! Via internet, text, and phone calls, I made arrangements with "JP" to see a specific car offered for sale. As we were driving from Tampa to the dealership, JP said he was unavailable, but to ask for "Caroline." Upon arrival, Caroline told us the car was sold a few days earlier, even though I was assured by "JP" earlier in the day that the car would be there upon my arrival. Sadly, I must amend the 5-star review I gave last week (below) after learning of the deceptive and deceitful business practices employed at this dealership. First, to ANYone intending to do business with Gary Yeoman Daytona, when you walk into that Finance office, DO intend to be there for several hours and DO intend to go through EVERYthing -- every line item, every number, every amount and read every single thing that would otherwise be casually passed by you for a signature without explanation. Not doing so cost me several thousand as I later found out when I went through my paperwork. First, double and triple check the line on your purchase order that says "Vehicle Purchase Price". The agreed upon purchase price of my vehicle was $24,999. Originally they were quoting me on $28,000-something until I pointed out to them that was listed online as "on sale" for $24,999. After I walked out of the dealership, a text from Tony, a sales manager said he would honor that price. After getting home and reading though my paperwork, they inflated the price to $26,394 AND tacked on $69 for some paint shield warranty I was never told about, agreed to or wanted, bringing the sale price to $26,463. I paid $1,464 more for the car than the $24,999 I was told would be honored. As if that weren't enough, at signing, I was asked to sign for a "ding" warranty and a "Theft Deterrent Warranty" that were presented as "they come with the purchase of the car". Later, I found out that I paid $199 for the ding warranty and $399 for the theft deterrent warranty, none of which I wanted, needed, asked for or was told I was paying for. While initially impressed with my salesperson (who promised a call from a sales manager regarding the price discrepancy that never came) and my overall experience, the blatant manner in which this dealership has employed deceptive, deceitful and, quite frankly, immoral business practices to purposefully take advantage of me and who knows how many others in order to boost their profits is reprehensible. Once again, IF you decide to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, READ, READ, READ and READ AGAIN absolutely everything and know exactly what you are paying. read more

We have bought cars from Gary Yeomans Ford for the past 25 yrs. But NEVER again!! I came to GYF to buy a vehicle. I saw an Explorer online and contacted a salesman. He told me to come in the next day as they were closing soon and he would be there at 11 am. I came down the next day. The sales guy messaged me at 1050am to make sure I was coming. I was 5 min away. When I got there he informed me the car sold the night before. I should have walked away but I didn't. I told the guy I wanted a certified car that has been thoroughly inspected. He told me that Ford goes over and above that inspection. I told him whatever you do- do not lie to me about anything. He assured me he wouldn't. I bought the Explorer. Drove 30 miles home. The next day as I was backing up, I noticed a weird sound. Then I started noticing weird sounds every time I went slow. As soon as I could, I drove down to the dealership for them just to make sure there wasn't some loose screw or something. I drive my grandkids around and want them to be safe. The service guy Tom was a real jerk!! Because I didn't make an appt, he told me he could see me in a month!!!! I had been told that if I needed to ever bring the car in, they would give me a loaner. I asked if when I brought the car back in a month that I could get a loaner. Nope!! I know someone at Bozard Lincoln. He sent someone the next day with a Lincoln loaner. It had 50 miles on it! They literally took it off the lot for me to use. They ended up keeping my car for 3 weeks as it had thousands of dollars of work that had to be done on it- the rack and pinion was shot. Actually everything under neath was destroyed! Thankful for Bozard as they helped me out so much. Zero thanks to Gary Yeomans Ford. Higher ups could care less. They were so up front about everything. After taking the car home we noticed that one tire was bad so we took it back to Ethane and Henry we expected they would replace the tire. Gary Yeoman Ford uses fraudulent advertising practices. We responded to an online sales price and scheduled a test drive of the vehicle. On their website they list the sale price, plus other applicable fees such as dealer & tax/title/registration. At this point we understood what the price was and committed to a 100 mile drive to see the vehicle. Upon filling out paperwork for the purchase they added a $3,000 charge for their "after care" warranty. Being surprised by this fee, I declined it, only to be told it was required. When I pointed out it wasn't listed on their website, the manager responded they didn't list that fee because it would've showed the vehicle above market. Dumbfounded by the callous, yet honest response, I again reiterated that it wasn't listed on their site and was unethical business practice. He then went back and received approval to lower it by $1,000 but said that was their final number. At this point, we were only about $600 dollars apart from what I would be willing to pay, however the entire process was such a bait and switch that I walked out due to principal. What was clear by their attitude is this is a common practice and any potential buyer should be wary. I doubt Ford.com will approve of these sales practices. It tarnishes their name. read more

I ordered my 2021 Ford Bronco through Gary Yeoman over 16 months ago, because they were on an original list of dealers who promised not to charge ADM (Additional Dealer Markup) on these very popular Broncos. It wasn't supposed to be a problem, but then the pandemic affected the supply chain of car parts on a level that was not foreseen by anyone in the world. When the Broncos finally started rolling off the line, several dealerships decided to jack the prices up on the Broncos, screwing over these people who had been waiting literally over a year for their trucks that Ford had promised them MSRP protection on. The dealers were sneaky. They didn't touch the MSRP, but they did tack on that ADM. They increased the price on these guys by anywhere between $5-20K, sometimes right as the order was happening, sometimes not until the reservation holder showed up to take their Bronco home. This was not the norm, but the vocal minority of those getting screwed over were very upset about this online, which made me very paranoid about my own situation. Luckily, the salesman I got teamed up with was Henrik Host-Madsen. He goes by Henry. There were several opportunities along my journey where he and/or his management team could have jacked me up, but they did not. This poor guy, I was texting him questions and wonderings just about three times a week, and he did an excellent job of assuaging my fears. That being said, I still could have showed up yesterday and have disaster strike, but that wasn't the case. Henry and his team took care of me, let me negotiate on my trade-in, didn't harass me about extended warranties, and the parts/accessories manager even hooked me up and helped me get the most out of my $500 accessories coupon. Did I mention that they gave me a coupon upon my reservation of the Bronco back in July 2020? This was the first vehicle that I ever purchased on my own, and Henry made it so easy for me. He was not shady in any way, shape, or form, so if you want a salesman who's not shady, go up to Gary Yeoman Ford Daytona Beach and ask to speak to Henry. You will not regret it. The only reason I went high with a 2 was because of Nick Moran the sales person. He did an excellent job in making sure we got what we came for was a flat tow vehicle. After that it went down hill. Waleid Sayyed in finance was a nice person but kept shoving papers at us to sign with no explanation. Long story short, we signed for a couple of warranties we had previously told him we did not want, charged us $3627 for a warranty that was not fully explained nor did we get a brochure showing what it was for until I requested one. He charged us for the Platinum Plan which was the highest premium naturally and said they do not sell any of the lower plans - which does not make sense. We have always been able to select the plan and premium we want. Just the way if was handled, the lack of communication and not being forth coming until they were pushed for information did not set well with me. read more

I would Strongly recommend not doing business with Gary Yeomans Ford Dealership. I thought I had purchased a vehicle and put down a $1,000 deposit. I was working with the dealership people in getting information and pictures of the vehicle that I thought I had purchased. I also completed the credit application. I did not hear anything back from anyone at the Dealership. I called their finance department to see if they had all the information that they needed. They just referred me to the sales Department. The Sales Department told me they would investigate and get back to me. I did not hear back from them much later that evening and they told me the car had been sold to someone else. I have purchased many cars over the past 50 years, and I never had a dealership sell a car out from under me like this. This dealership practices and not very ethically or are they respectful in providing Customer Service! They are a car dealership. New cars are complete scams out of the gate, (not their fault. Just a statement), and used ones are only marginally better. I'd say that I should have learned when I bought my used car from here. Way overpaid but didn't have a choice due to the circumstance I was in. Elongated shopping was not an option. They knew it and milked it. Same with the new car I bought. At least that fleecing was of my own stupidity. Never do math under pressure. Don't be me. Just walk away if you don't have time to collect your thoughts. They aren't going to check the math. They will use all the normal pressure tactics. They are in business to sell cars not worry about you overpaying. The objective is to do that as in any business as inherently shady as car sales. This one is no better or worse than others. The people I worked with were pleasant other than the pressure stuff. But if you know you are easily influenced in that manner I'd suggest online. Do your own money analysis at home alone. The price isn't going up the next day. And if it does you dodged a bullet with your name on it. I'd also secure your own financing. They work with two. My 815 credit rating got me 7+ percent loan with theirs. I know shocking...not. Turned around 3 weeks later with my bank and got 6.25. Doesn't seem like much but it all adds up when you are overpaying for a car to begin with. read more

Had to bring my F150 back to the dealer 10 days after they completed an oil change for me. Oil was leaking badly (puddles) all of the sudden, and the assumption was that it was the oil pan plug or oil filter that was leaking. I was expecting resistance from the service team when I explained why I was there at 7:30am without an appointment. Instead, the advisor called Gary Boyle, Service Manager, who came out and asked me what was going on. He immediately enlisted Isaiah from the Quick Lane team to put my truck on the rack and take a look. They cleaned the oil from my undercarriage, replaced the filter, refilled the oil, and then power washed all areas covered in oil before taking it for a test drive to see if the leak was still there.
