Dream Car, Dream Experience - Thank You Jon Hall Chevrolet! Buying my 2025 Corvette was an absolute dream come true--and the experience at Jon Hall Chevrolet made it even better. Just a few weeks ago, I had a truly disappointing experience at a dealer in Orlando (see my other reviews if you want to avoid it). I was treated with blatant sexism and disrespect by someone who clearly had no interest in selling me a Corvette. Thankfully, everything changed when we found the one--my dream car--at Jon Hall. We made the drive from Melbourne, and I am so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, Rob Berger took such great care of us. He was kind, attentive, and actually spoke to me--respectfully and enthusiastically--because this car was my birthday present. Cars are a huge part of my husband's and my life--I always say they're our love language. So having someone take this purchase seriously and treat us with genuine interest meant everything. Rob made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Our finance manager, also named Rob, was equally great--no pressure, no upselling, just options that made sense for us. This was hands-down the best buying experience I've ever had. I cannot thank Rob and the Jon Hall team enough for helping me bring home my dream Corvette. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for respect, honesty, and top-notch service. Thank you again--this was more than just buying a car. It was the best birthday ever.

DREAM TRUCK TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE!! I recently purchased a $45K truck from John Hall Chevrolet, and while the buying experience started off great, the post-sale support has been nothing short of frustrating. The process began smoothly--I found the truck online, submitted a credit application, and Jamie, my salesperson, reached out first thing the next morning to go over the details. He was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I drove down from Kentucky to Daytona Beach, and while the initial financing didn't go through, the team remained upfront and didn't push unrealistic expectations. About an hour after leaving, they called back with a deal in place, and I returned the next morning to finalize the purchase. Everything seemed great. That feeling didn't last. After only one week--and having driven the truck only from the dealership back to Kentucky--the DEF heater failed, putting the truck into limp mode and making it undrivable. When I contacted the dealership for assistance, I was essentially told, "It's a used truck, not our problem." I completely understand that buying used comes with risks, but there's a difference between normal wear and tear and a major failure happening within days of purchase. The fact that I haven't even made my first payment yet makes this situation even more frustrating. I trusted this dealership's claim that they inspect their vehicles and stand behind what they sell, but clearly, that trust was misplaced. A dealership's true reputation isn't just built on how they sell cars--it's built on how they treat customers when things go wrong. Unfortunately, once my sale was done, so was their customer service. If you're considering buying from John Hall Chevrolet, be warned: they're great while you're signing papers, but don't expect any support once you drive off the lot

New "custom ventilation hole"

Five stars to Jon Hall Chevrolet for selling me the car of my dreams--if my dreams were constant dead batteries and a tailgate with a custom ventilation hole! Picked up this gem two weeks ago, and it's been a whirlwind romance of repair shop visits ever since. First, it broke down faster than my patience, so I brought it back--twice--for their expert 'fixes' in finding the parasitic drain. Spoiler: it's still acting like a lemon with extra zest. This week, I retrieved it after their latest attempt, only to discover a lovely new feature: an actual hole punched through the tailgate. Not a scratch, not a dent--a full-on metal-piercing masterpiece. Their response? A text promising they'll 'try' to fix it. Wow, such commitment! If you love surprises and cars with character (and holes), this is the dealership for you. I'd recommend them to my enemies, but even they deserve better."

Dealer installed Brand new 2025 Truck they will not replace what they installed

Purchased a brand new truck brought it home in early July 2025. Noticed a few things that were wrong no big deal. Contacted the salesman to fix the problem he said no worries bring the truck back in tomorrow we will have a look. This was a DEALER installed roll bar on a 2025 Colorado trail boss truck. It had dents in it. I showed pictures to the salesman within 3 hours of owning the truck he said bring it by. I did that the next day and he talked to the service manager and the both said nope we are not fixing it. He said they all come like that I said really well lets take it off the one in the showroom that looks perfect he just laughed. Well 5 months later this less than awful dealership has still not replaced my rollbar. This is a brand new truck the dealer installed the item in question and they will no stand by there work. I have talked to a few people and they said get the word out there so you get them where it hurts in there purse. I even called the GM PATRICK TURNER 4 times and he does not have the balls to talk to me or even call back. I will never deal with them again. This is a brand new 2025 truck with items they installed that were banged up from the start and they installed them anyway. Stay clear from this place they will rip you off I am not the only one just look around and see the negatives from this place. Bad bad dealership

Once they got me emotionally invested, sitting in the finance office for hours, and committed to the process, the real numbers suddenly appeared -- over $10,000 ABOVE MSRP through hidden markups, inflated add-ons, and manipulated pricing. At no point did they honestly and transparently explain the true deal upfront. The entire experience felt calculated and dishonest from the beginning. The pressure tactics were unreal. Every time I questioned the pricing or tried to slow the process down, I was met with more sales pressure and excuses instead of straight answers. I left feeling completely taken advantage of and disgusted with how this dealership operates. Buying a car should not feel like being trapped into a financial decision through manipulation and misleading information. What's even worse is that they try to make you feel like you're getting some kind of "special deal" while quietly burying outrageous markups into the paperwork. Had the true pricing been honestly disclosed from the start, I never would have agreed to the deal. I would strongly warn anyone considering buying from this dealership to be EXTREMELY careful. Read every document line by line, verify the actual MSRP yourself, and do not trust verbal promises. Get everything in writing before wasting your time there. One of the most frustrating and dishonest purchasing experiences I've ever had.
