Dropped my car off here at 10:20AM in the morning just to change two tires. I called a 2 days before doing that and they told me I have to pay a deposit fee of $25 that should also go to my balance. They also told me they would throw in a free alignment which I already knew my car doesn't need alignment, but nothing wrong with checking. I've been waiting all day so I called them around 3:30PM they told me my car should be ready in 20min. I showed up there after 25mins my car was still not done. When it was finally done my bill was $894. The guy is gonna laugh to my face and ask me "who told you about free alignment"? ... he told me they were charging me $174.00 for tire disposal but when I looked at the invoice it actually says $174.00 for Alignment. Anyways they claimed they aligned my car but my steering is slightly turnt left and my car is pulling hard right.. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE MESS WITH YOUR ALIGNMENT THEY CAN ONLY DO TIRES!!! I bought a set of 4 tires, v which states on the receipt "Lifetime of the tire". Now, I have a screw in my tire, on the tread. They refuse to patch it because "it's too close to the sidewall". This is absolutely a scam. They want to sell me a brand new tire because my tire, that less than a year old, has a screw and they want to make money instead of backing up their "guarantee". I have never been told by any tire place that they could not patch a screw hole on the tread!! I will NEVER go to Tire Kingdom again!!! read more

5 Star Joe is what i call Joe now. I first went to (the other guys) who said my tire could not be patched. The hole was in the center of the tread not the sidewall so i wanted a second opinion. I arrived at Tire Kingdom for a second opinion and Joe came out looked at my tire quickly finding the leak and was absolutely confident he could not only patch the tire but that he could patch it and get us back on the road in a timely manner as he and his staff did. Fourteen months ago my wife purchased a set of Michelin tires, from at time the store owned by Tire Kingdom and purchased 3 year road hazard insurance. Several days ago she found that she had picked up a nail in the side wall of one of her tires making it unpatchable. Upon contacting the store now owned by Mavis she was informed that they were not honoring the road hazard warranty as under their new policy she had exceeded their 12 month warranty period not the 36 month that she had purchased. I don't understand how a company can buy out another company without knowing or honoring their previous commitments. I would give them no stars but that option is not available, I guess they get one star because the answered the phone to tell us we were screwed. read more

I was so disappointed - The guy I spoke to on the phone was great and my late husband had used them several times so I took the car in for tires. Yes, they were cheaper than everyone else. My husband had just died a few weeks earlier, the tires needed replacing and I was going to England to see close relatives so my mind was all over the place. I picked the car up and it looked a little strange but I could not work out why. Got back from England and mentioned it to my daughter who pointed out the hubcaps hadn't been put on so I immediately went down there - nope - sorry - we would have just thrown them away - well I guess saving on tires is now gonna cost me $80 for a new set of hubcaps - make sure you check your car before you leave,,,, read more

Great service here! They let you make appointments so it's super convenient! Was given a coupon to redeem a mail in rebate but the staff didn't realize it expired, i called to see if they had an updated one with a new expiration date I could redeem...they did not but they honored it and redeemed it directly to me in the store. I've already gone to the website and completed the "contact us" form, the same day I wrote this review. A few days later, someone called me from the store with another excuse about why our tires weren't ordered and again, said "we can order them and they'll be here in 2-3 days". No thanks, I've already heard that twice before... so why would you think we'd fall for a third time? The excuse had something to do with an internal ordering issue- the order was denied by someone internally? Not sure- but I do know that the store manager didn't even call us and no one else from Tire Kingdom corporate contacted us either. Poor customer service. Especially since the person that DID call us, asked for the wrong person when I answered the phone but was clearly calling me after my report I made on the "contact us" form of the website. read more

My daughter's front tire was going flat and tpsm light came in. She hurried to tire kingdom to see if it could be plugged. After waiting for a little bit, the mechanic drove out of garage area with her car. They put a new tire on her car and when she asked about it, they said they couldn't plug her tire because of where the hole was. They put a new tire on her car which they stated was $189ish. My daughter told them she didn't ask for that tire and that no one told her before then that it couldnt be plugged. My daughter wanted tire removed and the mechanic said he could put the flat tire back on. REALLY?? My daughter told them to put the doughnut on and left the store. Why would a business not tell customer tire could not be plugged before just putting on a tire without her consent? Very, very unprofessional. Forcing a sale? Very disappointed. They were good with customers in the past. Dont know what happened. read more
