Just replaced my tires at Discount Tires today. I purchased them from this location 73,000 miles ago with a warranty. I probably could have gotten another 2,000 or more out of them but am taking a road trip to Maine next month. Anytime I had the slightest issue with my tires, the team at Discount Tire always took care of it at no cost to me. Such as replacing a tire, fixing rust around a rim that was allowing air to leak, etc. And the quick and easy air check is an appreciated amenity! read more

They were on time with the online appointment and had friendly service. Free flat fix.

been a loyal customer here, last time I went in to get all four of my tires brand new and take the best one of my old tires and make it the spare not only did they not put anything on the spare, but also while I'm there dude had the audacity to tell the owner of Lincoln Continental (hundred thousand dollar car) that all of his lug nuts were stripped. he didn't see that I was already in there about an hour later he comes in and says the exact same thing to me so yeah if you're in the market for all new lug nuts go right ahead. read more

I had need for a new set of wheels and tires, and all the guys at this store were great, from the beginning of the process to the end. Cameron helped select the right wheels and tires as a perfect set for what I needed, Monte the store manager helped the day of install, and Daniel, Timmy, and Dale made sure the entire mounting and installation process went exactly right. I went there today to have the air pressure checked in my tires. I was second in line to have this service. I was then told by an employee that I had broken line and that I had to leave. It's a great place for tires. I have been recommended by a mechanic. Their response was quick and polite. Had done the job very well. But I am surprised the way staff wore masks, not everyone though. Wish they would correct it, because of the uncertain times. Overall a good place, if you need to get your tires repaired. read more

Discovered a screw in my tire, and stopped by to see how long it would take for them to fix it. They told me it be just a little while, and they had it fixed less than an hour. They had a special on wipers, so I had them change those out too, very happy with my experience at Discount Tire and the people that work there.are the best unlike some of the other tire stores I did notice they had free air available for your tires also. read more

We have purchased tires from this store for years. Customer service was always amazing. They never pressured you to buy buy buy buy buy. I have been back 3 times in the last year for issues with tires I have had less than 2 years. I bought the full warranty with all 4 Tires. I have had a nail and a piece of metal in the same tire. They have patched it both times. Now I have a tire that is less than 2 years old with 2 patches in it. They never once offered to replace it. Instead, they keep pushing me to buy NEW tires. Seriously? I bought 50,000 tires and you want me to buy new tires with less than 20,000 on them? I am so disappointed that your service has pushed to sell sell sell instead of taking care of your CURRENT long time customers, and by the way, I don't want to buy wiper blades! read more

Worst place for tires. Purchased tires from a discount tire and had nothing but problems with them. Website says tire guarantee and they gave me a run around on why they can't help. Website says "If ever you're not satisfied with your purchase, bring it back and we will make it right. That is our promise" and was basically told to kick rocks. read more

Purchased a set of tires 11/09, one tire failed 11/19. The quality was so poor that I ended up replacing them all costing much more than originally expected. Bought new warranties on new tires from Discount Tire as they would not credit to the new set. read more

I had a tire actively going flat and came in 10 minutes before close, the assistant manager James was immediately helpful, even though the store looked slammed, they immediately got me taken care of and were very kind. As a female not knowing anything about vehicles or where to go this was a great experience. I had just stopped somewhere else and they weren't willing to look at my tire or give any help without an appointment. I will definitely come back. read more

If a business has you wait three hour to patch a tire, they should have a vending machine. Don't even have a water fountain.

Absolute life savers! Got a flat tire on the highway. They close at 5 but when I called them at 4:56 and told them we were 10 minutes out with the flat tire on the rim, they said no problem and that they would wait for us. Alfredo had them wait for us while my husband was on his ways My husband got there just a few minutes after 5. They swapped out the tire quick and my husband got back to the van to get us back on the road. Honestly the staff here are amazing and it's great to know that they have hearts and are willing to still help out their fellow neighbors. read more

The amount of false information given to me was unbelievable. I had an employee named Jesse and he Stood there and try to explain to me that we cannot service your tire because it has a small hole in it and started to bring me around in circles to say oh your car is over 10 years old we can't use a doughnut we can't fix the tire so I think Tim and stated OK I will no longer do the service could you just fill me up with air please as soon as I state this I waited 25 minutes for someone to come out to fill it up with air just for him to tell me sorry the tire is too low and we can't fill it up with air. Complete terrible service. They say their service is free but they get you with all the hidden attributes about it read more

My Discount Tire experience started several days before my actual arrival. When I called to inquire about getting tires the unlucky employee that answered was James. I say unlucky because I was very specific on what it was I was looking for. At first he thought he had located a set at the Ormond store but that was just an illusion...the actual inventory differentiated from the computer inventory. After a few more calls he was told that the tire I wanted was discontinued and unavailable. He briefly tried selling me something different. I explained to James that these tires were on the car when it came from the dealership. They had worked well for 80,000 miles; as a matter of fact they were still in decent shape but I just had to plug one the previous day after a nail puncture. These tires are on a vehicle driven by the mother of my children...I wasn't about to go with something less proven and reliable! And lastly, even with that kind of stellar mileage these tires were very affordable...if they could be found. James quickly stated he understood and would continue working on it. The hours of the day slipped away and I assumed James had given up on me. Around 5pm that evening I received the return phone call...he had worked with the manufacturer to find that a slight model number had changed from one year to the next and although they were still scarce he found a set in Georgia he could bring in for me! I set an appointment for Saturday. Fast forward several days to Saturday morning...about 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment I received a call from Bea asking if I was going to be able to make the appointment. Of course I would, thinking to myself that they were busy and going to push me back later in the day. She then blows my mind by saying that a bay had just opened up; and since I was nearing the shop they would stage my tires there and hold it open pending my arrival! Have you ever heard of anything like this? I arrived three minutes before my appointment time. Six minutes later my car was being driven into the bay. Bea came out three times to keep me posted on the progress of installing and balancing my tires. I left 33 minutes after my appointment time! Think about that...she checked in with me 3 times in 30 minutes. I have had family members having major surgery that the communication wasn't as good. I could not have been more pleased with the entire experience. This place is unbelievable. I wish I could rate them 10 stars instead of 5! read more

Was in need of tires and this place hooked it up! Making an appointment online was difficult so I called yesterday and they took care of it this morning. When I got there it was really busy but even with that, the staff was really nice. I could even hear the crew singing to the radio in the garage. I was having a rough morning so it was a good boost to my morale. There was sanitizer and masks available for those who needed one. I have little ones so It was good to see them taking extra precautions with sanitation. I wasn't there but maybe 40 minutes and got all 4 tires changed. I've waited two hours before at other places... This place is great. Great Team. I'll be telling all my friends. Thanks for all your help. read more

Great practice to acknowledge waiting customers even while you're busy. Michael Colby was my salesperson and he made checking in and asking questions super comfortable and easy.
