I fitted a new alternator , which is what I asked for, and it's been working fine ever since. RIP OFF MERCHANTS.

A few hours before my appointment, Max called about a scheduling conflict and asked to reschedule for the next day. It was inconvenient, but his excellent customer service made it an easy decision. When I arrived, my first impression wasn't great. The property looked old-school, with several older damaged vehicles parked around, making it feel crowded and a bit like a junkyard. I questioned whether I'd made the right choice. Inside, Terrence checked me in and estimated 45-60 minutes. I asked for a thorough inspection since I had recently purchased the car, but they only performed a basic visual inspection. While waiting, one of the employees complimented the condition of my air suspension and mentioned the technician had never seen such a clean C250, which gave me confidence that I'd made a great purchase. The service was completed in exactly an hour. Terrence said they found no visible issues and that the car appeared to have been well maintained. The pricing was fair, and the service was good overall. I'm not sure yet if LP & Sons will become my go-to Mercedes shop, but they definitely proved that appearances can be deceiving!

They were quick and did a fantastic job and the cost was upfront and what I expected for this repair. I also had a noise occur a few months after this from my suspension and I was unsure of what it was. they took a look at it and fixed it pretty much immediately for me, just had something loose on it, they will take care of you here, highly recommend especially for Stetson students as it is walking distance to campus.
