Update: The salesmen told me all of my tires were bad and tried to sell me a set of tires for $700.I only purchased the one at that location to get on the road. When I got home I went to another tire place to replace them when I learned that there was nothing wrong with any of the remaining tires. They physically walked me around the car to see for myself.I hate that this company tried to take advantage of me when I was already in a stressful situation.Shame Shame! I would never recommend that to anyone

Later, I was quoted $1,000 for the repair and told the diagnostic fee would go toward that amount. When I asked how much the fee was, the man at the desk said he didn't know. He then told me to take my keys and leave. A couple of months later, I paid another mechanic $50 to look at the window. He told me the part needed was about $70 and pointed out that part of the door had been put together with duct tape. I don't know who put the tape there, but it added to my concerns about the car's condition and the original quote. I understand the cost of a part doesn't include labor; I simply wanted a clear explanation of the charges. I felt dismissed for asking reasonable questions. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop.
