I rarely leave reviews, but what happened at **J&M Auto Repair** has been one of the worst…read moreautomotive service experiences I've ever had--and I feel obligated to warn others before they trust this shop with their vehicle. ### What should have been a simple service turned into a total disaster. I brought my vehicle into J&M Auto Repair for something routine: **a radiator flush**. This is basic maintenance that any competent auto shop should be able to handle with no issue. However, from the moment I picked up my vehicle, something didn't feel right. What unfolded next proved to be a catastrophic chain of negligence, irresponsibility, and outright refusal to take accountability. ### They contaminated my cooling system with sealant--completely compromising the engine. Instead of properly flushing the radiator, **J&M Auto Repair somehow introduced sealant into the cooling system**, which is *not* part of a standard radiator flush. I never asked for any stop-leak or sealant products, and certainly didn't authorize it. This unknown, unapproved chemical mixture ended up circulating through the engine and eventually **clogged the cooling passages**, causing the car to **overheat severely while I was driving on the highway**. By the time I was able to pull over, the damage was already done. The engine was destroyed--**completely cooked** from overheating caused by the **blocked coolant flow**. ### Their response? Silence. No help. No ownership. Just ghosting. I immediately reached out to J&M Auto Repair to let them know what happened. I called multiple times. I left messages. I even stopped by in person. **They have completely ignored me and refused to take any responsibility for the damage they caused.** There was **no apology**, no effort to investigate the issue, no offer to inspect or repair the damage, and certainly no reimbursement or accountability for destroying my vehicle. ### This isn't just poor service--this is negligence. There is absolutely **no excuse** for contaminating a vehicle's cooling system during a standard radiator flush. Any trained mechanic knows how critical it is to keep foreign materials out of the cooling system, especially sealants unless specifically requested (and even then, it's a last-resort measure, not part of routine maintenance). ### The result: My engine is ruined, and I'm left with a massive repair bill due to their mistake. I'm now facing thousands of dollars in repairs--or the cost of replacing the vehicle entirely--because J&M Auto Repair was careless with my car. They destroyed something that was otherwise running perfectly fine, and then decided to **wash their hands of the situation** instead of standing behind their work. --- ** Final Verdict: Do NOT take your vehicle to J&M Auto Repair.** They are **reckless, dishonest, and utterly unprofessional.** If something goes wrong--and in my case, it went catastrophically wrong--they will not help you. They won't take your calls. They won't admit fault. They won't fix what they broke. They'll leave you stranded, quite literally, and you'll pay the price for their incompetence. Take your business somewhere else--**anywhere else**--if you value your vehicle, your time, and your money. ---
