I called at 1230 since I never heard from them and was told it was a bad Schrader valve which is not a common problem and was my first indication that the advisor had no idea what he was talking about. I was told that it would be ready in 45 mins. 2 hours later we were told that the problem was not fixed and that it was in fact the compressor. He said the compressor was grounding itself out internally. Who believes this trash? We lost complete faith in them and told them to just give us back the car. They charged us $300 to evacuate and recharge the AC which had a bad compressor. Who does that? There also was no mention of any valve replacement on the invoice. This was our first and only time going there. The place is completely disorganized, dishonest and unprofessional.

Update: The salesmen told me all of my tires were bad and tried to sell me a set of tires for $700.I only purchased the one at that location to get on the road.When I got home I went to another tire place to replace them when I learned that there was nothing wrong with any of the remaining tires.They physically walked me around the car to see for myself.I hate that this company tried to take advantage of me when I was already in a stressful situation.Shame Shame! He does not pound you out for labor. If it took him an hour, he charges you an hour. He also make sure your tire pressure is good and will explain exactly what went on with your vehicle. They always got me in and out cheap! I was getting on the road to visit my family for the holidays. I thought I needed my tires rotated & balanced but they showed me that the front ones were in really bad shape. They didn't have a replacement set in stock but they ordered them for me...he just didn't think they'd have them in time for my trip. The next morning, he called me to tell me he was able to get the tires! They had me in and out, on my way to my parents' house in about an hour!!! I was so grateful. I…read moreknow this beforehand acted as if i was unaware and not mechanically inclined, car no interference engine.A simple change of water pump and timing belt would suffice. Was told my TIMING CHAIN broke and I had clipped pistons... Anyone mechanicaly inclined knows this is wrong. Then offers me 500 dollars for car which happens to be price of parts without labor.... funny to know they so proudly framed a positive review in there reception area.... Not to mention a missing souvenir vanity license plate that was in the glove compartment. Please there are many ways for people to rip you off but I promise this is rhe most efficient option.
