Picture of the vehicle at Orlando Auto Lounge's location (where I should have left it).

Prepare to drive straight to a workshop. Don't make the same three mistakes I did - 1: I bought a vehicle from Orlando Auto Lounge, 2: I Relied on the CARFAX report but found that it is useless when it comes to technical issues with a car, 3: I didn't take it for a PROPER test drive, but just drove around in the neighborhood. Now, Orlando Auto Lounge will most likely state in their reply that I optioned out of the offered extended warranty - which is true. But never the less, the review would have been precisely the same even if I had chosen to take this, as I didn't buy a car to have it in the workshop within a month. I bought a 2016 RAM EcoDiesel from Orlando Auto Lounge. After a short test drive, I decided to buy the car as it was what I was looking for, with specifications and the color I wanted, which is hard to find when looking for used vehicles. The transaction and loan application went like clockwork, and I left the dealership as a happy camper. UNFORTUNATELY, I didn't even manage to reach my home before the malfunction indicator light MIL (check engine light) came on. I scanned the car when I arrived home and found that the 3-way cooling valve was stuck and that the humidity sensor for the windscreen was defective. Now, Orlando Auto Lounge claims that they don't reset the codes, but I reset the trip counter when I left the dealership, and according to my scan tools, the vehicle had driven 158 miles since the last code reset (I drove 148 miles home), so I will call BS on that. I called the places the car had been serviced and found that the alarm for the 3-way valve was initially reported in October 2021, but the valve wasn't changed. If you successfully reset the alarm code, it won't reappear until the engine is properly warmed up - hence the BS. Also - they claim that they properly examine and clean the vehicle. I will take that with a grain of salt as the errors I got with the car would then have been discovered (or they discovered these and cleared them?). Orlando Auto Lounge offered to resolve these two issues if I purchased an extended warranty for a minimum of $1,500, which wasn't my interest. I am luckily handy enough, so I change these parts on my own. Now, after approximately 600 miles, the car started to act up. First, I got a low voltage alarm on the battery, and the vehicle stalled (it's a new battery - alternator and battery tested and all in order). Later, the car wouldn't start (cranking but won't start). So now the car is in an authorized workshop where they found that the "Totally Integrated Power Module" (TIPM) has melted around the fuel pump relay and caused a short circuit. I perhaps can't blame Orlando Auto Lounge for this as they might not have been aware (unless Bill Bryan dealerships informed them when they sold them the vehicle). Still, a red flag should have been raised when the Carfax showed that the ownership was transferred from an authorized car dealer to Orlando Auto Lounge. Perhaps Bill Bryan dealerships (authorized RAM dealer) couldn't stand behind selling this vehicle as they maybe were aware of the starting and stalling issues and therefore handed it to someone who doesn't care about clients as soon as they are out the door. So if you are looking for a used vehicle, go to an actual dealership that gives you some warranty on your car and pay the little extra they might charge - at least they will stand behind what they sell. Stay clear of dealerships that sell cars as-is because you will be on your own with or without an extended warranty. If you are a fool, like me, buying from Orlando Auto Lounge (or any other dealers that sells as-is), take it for a serious test drive of a minimum of 50 miles (100 miles if you have time), load up the car with people/goods to see how it acts when under load so you maybe can provoke possible hidden cleared codes. Because one thing is for sure, Orlando Auto Lounge does not stand behind the car they sell, and as soon as you leave Orlando Auto Lounge, you no longer exist in their eyes (unless they can upsell you an extended warranty).

good looking car ! TERRIBLE CAR! that's how it got me. do not buy from orlando auto lounge. SCAM ON SHOW CARS !!!

Florida Trucks - Me and my new 2016 Ram 3500 Laramie diesel

BUYER BEWARE I purchased a 2013 Silverado for $19,000 in…read morecash a little over two years ago. I regret not having a mechanic inspect it before signing anything. Within the first week, I discovered the truck was severely rusted underneath. It was clear someone had sprayed a coating under the truck and in the bed to hide the extent of the rust. I ended up putting more than $7,000 into repairs, only to later find a hole in the frame near the gas tank. I filed a complaint with the State of Florida, but was told there was nothing they could do because the vehicle was sold "AS‑IS." The dealership gave me a few hundred dollars to withdraw the complaint, and I took it, hoping I could still save the truck. Unfortunately, things only got worse. In December, when I went to get new tires and an alignment, I was told the rust had advanced so badly that an alignment wasn't even possible. The frame is now so compromised that it would require a major overhaul--likely another $10,000--to even attempt to salvage it. After spending nearly $28,000 in just two years, I had no choice but to drain my savings to buy another truck, and now I'm stuck with a car payment. A very expensive lesson learned. If you go there, DO NOT BUY anything without having it inspected by a trusted mechanic. And DO NOT BUY anything on their lot that comes from New York or any other snow state--you may end up with the same nightmare I did.

Mike was my salesman and was very friendly. I drove the truck 760 miles back to my home in Adamsville, TN with no problems. My criticism was that there were a few minor cosmetic flaws that should have been pointed out to me even though I still would have bought the truck anyway. These were: dent in rear bumper and two small dents in left rear bed panel. Additionally, there was only one key and no owners manual. Second key cost me $180.00. Owners manual $45 on ebay and a replacement for a cracked plastic tailgate cap at $35.00 on ebay. I have mobility issues so these flaws were only noticed when I got home. Additionally, diesel tank was supposed to be full when I picked up the truck and it was only 5/8th full. $58.00 topped it off and Mike says they'll send me a check to reimburse me. All in all, I am very happy with the truck and I think I got a very good deal. Truck isn't perfect but I got it for half of what a brand new one would be. The detail guys are awesome too. The interior looks like a brand new truck. I would recommend this dealership and my salesman, Mike, to anyone wanting a good deal on a used truck.

Steven previously showed aggression via phone a few days prior with my advisor as I was in the Service Advisor office where they all sit. My advisor was powerless against the tech. A few days prior Steven left the fuel lines and fuel rails completely out of the vehicle upon FIRST "service completion" and pick up and was asked to reinstall it...My nice service advisor asked Steven to put the fuel lines and rails back in and he hung up the phone on my advisor. It was days until we reached 2nd service completion for his negligence. I drove out there for nothing to pick up my van. Here's the facts: I initially brought my van in for a stuck $30 engine temperature sensor. Steven removed it. Thanks buddy. I paid $472.51. Not a problem. I thought the job was done until I asked to inspect my van under the hood and noticed fuel rails and fuel lines where missing. I found them in a blue bin inside my van cockpit. This is when my advisor made the call and Steven hung up on him. I was then told that I had to pay to have Steven put the fuel lines and rails back in. Well I didn't request to have them removed. I ended up paying an extra $236.26 to put them back in. They wanted to charge me double that. Had to wait days for him to put them back in probably because I refused to pay $6,402.18 which was a scam at additional money. I believe the tech was was scalding hot because he wanted to charge me $6,402.18 to replace intake manifolds and engine air filter housing. I can report that was a scam because I had my van towed to Auto Zone across the street from my house after the rails got put back in and the AAA driver watched me install a new $30 sensor from Mercedes into the intake manifold and watched me drive away in under 30 minutes...and on Auto Zone Cameras and the guys inside watched me do it. Furthermore, I have paper trail evidence from other shops afterwards that the van has been driving strong and fine and didn't need $6,40218 in repairs. Coolant has not leaked from the intake at all. I've been driving Mercedes since 2001 and know these cars; I'm not dumb and not swiping my credit card for a scam tech in Apopka. I already attempted to contact Wes during this time with no success. The service advisors all are very friendly and professional. I would've came back if Steven didn't show aggression towards my tech and then the scamming behavior. The tech working on your Sprinter should be avoided. Check the 1 star reviews as well. Probably Steven. https://csapp.fdacs.gov/CSPublicApp/Complaints/MVRComplaint.aspx It is unlawful for the repair shop to refuse to return a vehicle to you because you refused to pay for unauthorized repairs or for repair charges in excess of the final estimate in violation of Chapter 559, Florida Statutes. Do not listen to Carlos or Renaldo. Deceptive salesmen who could not take no for an answer. Carlos…read moreoverall is predatory and doesnt know how to do his job and instead made me feel like we were at a bar and I was forced into a conversation about my love life. Thats when he got his first no. Heavy breathing and couldnt take no for an answer. Im young and know my own budget, when Carlos said he was helping me, I could smell that salesman breath. Taking a car for a small ride shouldnt mean being bombarded, lied to and overall manipulated into a car I did not ask for. My 2018 was getting serviced and then the salesmen over serviced me. After a ride we got numbers and then Carlos received a second no with me happily walking away. He stops me and asks to wait to talk to somebody whos going to, "help." Woof. My car was being serviced so Carlos had me by myself and brought along the sales manager Renaldo, because Renaldo had to find out why I was walking away. Renaldo had to SAVE Carlos from losing the sale and when he came to talk to me, lied and insisted that paying off my car would only harm my credit. Closing lines of credit is bad for you. Lie after lie. Carlos got a total of 3 nos, with the final being with his sales manager who "had to come in to talk to me." Pushy. I shook the sales managers hand, said no thanks and thank you for the hard work (all of their numbers were no where I asked them to be) and finally left the chaos. Or so I thought. Renaldo got that one no and still ran to Toyota financing behind my back to find a "better number." A lack of respect and pushing of boundaries, I was lied to again saying the number I saw also covered gap and maintenance. The repeated lies that I was harming myself and their predator tactics worked. I was exhausted, alone and after saying no three times, they insisted I was in the wrong. Well I was in the wrong, for ever listening to them. Congratulations to Carlos and Renaldo who go their first sale of the month of May 2026, off a 24 y/o college student who said no 3 times and about a year and a half away from paying off their first car. Adding double the payoff price of my previous car on top of the sticker price adding 7 more years of hell to pay off. I left feeling heavier after the finance manager told me the number offered had no gap or maintenance. I had to add that in myself after falling into the bears trap. All their overbearing nonsense finally made no sense to me. They "happily" bought my car with only 7k left without happily telling me that it would cost me 14k on top of the sticker price!!! Vicious intent and lied the whole way through. "They would do the same for their daughters," boy their daughters must be unlucky cause I sure was. At the end Carlos offered to take a photo... with his phone and then insisted to keep it without sending it to me. Weird. I had to ask him to take a photo with my phone, I really dont understand why he needed that photo of me. Oh back to the beginning, his first no was due to his heavy breathing flirting. He could add the photo on this review because Im sure he still has it, I fixed my budget but boy they through a wrench in my life. Working a second job to pay off the car under 5 years cause I still have goals that Carlos and Renaldo wanted to harm! These guys have no interest in helping anybody other than themselves.
