I was stranded and was told on the initial call that they would send someone to come tow my truck. I waited 15 mins and called back because I didn't get confirmation that someone was "on the way". the person who answered said the driver should've already called me but don't worry, he was on the way. I waited 50 more minutes since it was still rush hour. Never heard from anyone. Called the same number and no one answered. I had to leave my vehicle at the store overnight and take an Uber since another company said it would be an hour and a half, another company's phone number had a message statjng they weren't taking any calls, 3 others were already closed for the day so this was the last company that was close and open. Amazing! Amazing service, promptness, knowledgeable, etc. Our Acura wouldn't start and we needed it towed to the mechanics. However, it is all wheel drive and you can't put it in neutral when the car won't start. Christian knew exactly what to do and lifted the car off the ground without moving it and pulled it behind his truck hovering on a wheeled rack. Such a Godsend!!! Then when he arrived at the mechanic Janice he texted me a picture of it at the mechanics and saying he had arrived! Amazing service. My sister's car's catalytic converter was practically cut off, but thankfully something happened that the thief didn't get it all off. We called AA&D towing for a tow. The tow driver they sent broke my hood latch and blamed it on my repair shop. Even though I heard the bang when he broke it. I Just didn't know what the noise was. Cost me over $500 just to repair. Do yourself a favor. Don't do business with this guy. read more

Hey, it's a good deal. But it's not an honest company. I'd rather pay a bit extra and have a professional job done. My brother works for Johnson and wrecker but their vehicles were out on calls and would've taken some-time do to service areas. I called these guys up as it was the first option and needed an immediate tow. Didn't blame them for the 50 minutes to arrive. But having spoke with whomever operates out. SMH. I confirmed I had no tire on the vehicle when he asked. Then he asked if I knew where it was. Upon picking up they didn't question a thing and arrived with wood to weight the car. as soon as the vehicle was dropped off. They took up two spaces and had it placed as if it was being auctioned off at auto on a spinning wheel. You know, like the classic vehicles. My girl said one thing about the drop off zone and they called her crazy and left. 5 minutes later, I get a call from a the same operator gentleman saying he didn't know a tire was off the vehicle. When I restated the question he asked and that I replied "yes, it was rolling down the road. He laughed. " I mean, I'd probably laugh too per my response but I wouldn't deny having knowledge of it. Is what it is. Would I use again? No. They also threw me back my keys on pick up and texted me 35 minutes later saying they need the keys. In these situations the little extra $20-$40 is worth it. The gentlemen that towed my vehicle were nice. But deff need to learn how to confront those situations with customers better. Nothing like having to call a second tow!!!!!!!!! I'll be honest. Yes, the job was done. But If you can afford the little extra, pay it for the peace of mind of you and the company receiving the vehicle. They had my car out there parked like a parking lot ornament. What sent me to my first ever review was my lady asking if they could move it to one space and them calling her crazy. And the operator calling me saying he didn't realize there was a wheel off. You asked and confirmed. Don't call me after, let it be. Personal problems? Maybe. Long day? Probably. But we all have those too. Never thought I'd see my tire rolling off my vehicle Friday pm but hey, it happened. and I'm happy it wasn't worse. At the End of the day the car arrived. And no one was hurt in the process. Don't think you should kick someone when down though, you know? Honest gets 5 stars. And returned service. Not a bad day for us all. Peace Per owners response- the police weren't involved. I had a kind officer offer to direct traffic and make sure no one was hit in the process. I was in the middle of a busy intersection. Which the operator asked and I told him the police were involved and his reply was " they will impound you. Can we send a driver out ". I paid the price I was told. Upon pick up wasnt told of any additional fees. & I tipped- over, extra??? If there was an additional fee it was not brought to my attention What a crazy world, any company is backed on customer service. People make mistakes and people understand those mistakes with ownership. The job was done. That's all that matters. Didn't need to dictate it was a Mercedes. I don't care if it was a tractor. Or a moped. I'm only posting and upset because you called someone not even present crazy because you parked a vehicle blocking roadway at a facility that has had over 500+ cars towed every 3 months. I purchased a 2018 Acura TLX from Audi South Orlando, drove it home and parked it fo 2 days. As I was ready to go to work, I started car and it didn't not want to start, just a clicking noise and all kinds of codes on dashboard. I immediately call the dealership and they said bring it in as this happens quite often. As soon as I got home from work I looked up towing services near me and came across AA&D towing. You never know what you're going to get with a towing service but after meeting Alvin it was a blessing. He figured out why car wouldn't start after looking under hood and noticed heavy oxidation on battery terminals. He had to give it a jump start to get car in neutral to move it and get it on flatbed. He then took it to dealer and gave them hell as manager was unprofessional. Alvin questioned them why they didn't do their standard 125 point check before selling vehicle. He insisted they replace battery and reimburse me for the towing. Alvin then called me to follow up on whether they honored the request. Low and behold, Audi apologized, replaced battery and will send check in mail for towing expenses. I highly recommend AA&D whenever you need emergency towing, he will be there in an instant and assist you in whatever problem you may have.
