We hit a huge pothole in the middle of the highway on Epcot Center Drive, causing our tire to…read moreexplode. We had a full vehicle of people on the side of a busy highway. We filed a AAA claim to get assistance and also called the police. Within minutes, Nate F. called us to first see if we were okay and confirm our location. We]called the police due to our location on the highway being extremely unsafe and no space to change the tire. The officer arrived and then left us! We couldn't believe he wasn't going to keep his lights on to not only protect us from getting hit by oncoming traffic but also prevent other drivers from hitting the same pothole. Within minutes, Nate arrived, immediately had his flashing lights on, and started diverting traffic to keep everyone in the safest position possible, given the situation. He then changed our tire and helped us get merged back onto the highway safely. He was our HERO of the day! MOE, Nate deserves a HUGE bonus or raise! He was amazing!!

Casselberry Towing overcharged me a month ago. I've contacted them three times. Each time they have…read morepromised to first bring the refund. And now, on two other occasions have somehow failed to mail my refund. The original overcharge occurred when Progressive Roadside Assistance subcontracted CT to tow me on December 20, 2014. They were 45 minutes late for my scheduled 8am pick up. During my third call inquiring about the delay, a male service rep rudely dismissed me by informing me that his 'driver is a little late and he'd get there whenever he does.' I asked, 'does Progressive know that CT treats their clientele so poorly?' He ended my query when he asked if I wanted CT to cancel the tow. Of course, I needed the service so I followed his final directive to 'just go outside and wait -- maybe you'll see him.' Be forewarned, if you get this male customer service rep, customer service goes his way or no way at all. January 19, 2015 I get the same guy on the phone... :-/ He took my info, again... after yet, another round of the worst customer service I've ever experienced let's see how long it takes CT to refund my $53. #ProgressiveRoadsideAssistance should be informed that I have alternate roadside assistance available for myself should #CasselberryTowing be subcontracted out for any of my service needs. I waited 50 more minutes since it was still rush hour. Never heard from anyone. Called the same number and no one answered. I had to leave my vehicle at the store overnight and take an Uber since another company said it would be an hour and a half, another company's phone number had a message statjng they weren't taking any calls, 3 others were already closed for the day so this was the last company that was close and open. I will NEVER deal with these A-Holes again.

I spoke to Hayden and Carter, Carter told me it would be 345.00 to pick up as long as I got it by the end of day on Friday 5/26/26 or it was going to have a lien put on it. Asked about payment and he said cash or check, I told him we would be there. Got there he was not there on Friday but Robin was; and the information he gave me was incorrect or he did not follow through on his part. They leined the vehicle, added another 250.00. Then they only take cash, off to the bank I went. The whole experience with this company sucked. When someone is injured you are trying your best to take care of things. Just wrong!!!
