Each time I called or visited it was obvious that they were very busy handling multiple vehicles and customers. I honestly couldn't tell you how true that is but when I asked for more explanation he was very rude and condescending and would not explain anything or give me any real details. I was asking questions about the codes that I saw and what kind of issue it might be, asking if it could possibly be electronic but all that I was told was that I am wrong and it is internal transmission failure. Being a younger woman I never know who to trust with my car but it was extremely off putting for me to get a nasty response when I am literally paying for this information. I should add that my check engine light went back off before I even brought it in and my car drives perfectly fine so I'm really at a loss here. And to top it all off after paying over $200 for this "diagnosis" I get in my car and there was trash and Doritos left on the floor. Super disappointing and disrespectful to say the least.

As always the staff was courteous and attentive. They carefully track any/all work done on our cars and make the information available. Jimmie never hesitates to give me a call with any questions and is prepared to answer related to cost, alternative repairs and life expectancy of the existing parts and/or a new "fix." I came here wanting to get a quote on how much getting my car A/C and passenger rear view window…read morefixed would cost. The owner told me a simple dye test should do the trick to check the A/C. Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!

I made an appointment for a tire rotation. I was told multiple times it would definitely be done…read morewithin an hour of my arrival time. My wife and I dropped off the car and went for a walk. We came back after exactly an hour and the car still hadn't been moved. We ended up having to wait another 35 minutes before we got the car back. They told me they would do an alignment check as well which was never done. I had a similar experience with this shop when I purchased the tires 6 months ago. I was happy with the price I got the tires for, but the service was slow. Last time, they took over 90 minutes longer than the promised time. I get it. Sometimes things get busy...but I have given them two chances now and both times I was disappointed. Don't plan on getting anything done quick here. If you are dropping off, then it may be fine. But if you are needing something done and don't have the ability to drop-off, plan for a good chunk of your day to be consumed and don't trust the given timelines. Hopefully they can improve the accuracy of their time estimates or better prioritize their customers to ensure better customer service.
