I was stranded and was told on the initial call that they would send someone to come tow my truck…read more I waited 15 mins and called back because I didn't get confirmation that someone was "on the way". the person who answered said the driver should've already called me but don't worry, he was on the way. I waited 50 more minutes since it was still rush hour. Never heard from anyone. Called the same number and no one answered. I had to leave my vehicle at the store overnight and take an Uber since another company said it would be an hour and a half, another company's phone number had a message statjng they weren't taking any calls, 3 others were already closed for the day so this was the last company that was close and open. I will NEVER deal with these A-Holes again.

However, it is all wheel drive and you can't put it in neutral when the car won't start. Christian knew exactly what to do and lifted the car off the ground without moving it and pulled it behind his truck hovering on a wheeled rack. Such a Godsend!!! Then when he arrived at the mechanic Janice he texted me a picture of it at the mechanics and saying he had arrived! Amazing service. I think it took 1 1/2 hours since the time I called for a quote till it was at the mechanics!!!

I tried the number they have on Google, which is different from the one they have on Yelp. I tried twice and it hung up on me immediately both times. This was Friday and now it is Monday. Still no reply from these guys. Only 2 reviews and I feel like they must be fake because surely someone would have called me by now or replied to my message. Also their address is an apartment complex next to a pool. So...yeah. Sketchy. Casselberry Towing overcharged me a month ago. I've contacted them three times. Each time they have…read morepromised to first bring the refund. And now, on two other occasions have somehow failed to mail my refund. The original overcharge occurred when Progressive Roadside Assistance subcontracted CT to tow me on December 20, 2014. They were 45 minutes late for my scheduled 8am pick up. During my third call inquiring about the delay, a male service rep rudely dismissed me by informing me that his 'driver is a little late and he'd get there whenever he does.' I asked, 'does Progressive know that CT treats their clientele so poorly?' He ended my query when he asked if I wanted CT to cancel the tow. Of course, I needed the service so I followed his final directive to 'just go outside and wait -- maybe you'll see him.' Be forewarned, if you get this male customer service rep, customer service goes his way or no way at all. January 19, 2015 I get the same guy on the phone... :-/ He took my info, again... after yet, another round of the worst customer service I've ever experienced let's see how long it takes CT to refund my $53. #ProgressiveRoadsideAssistance should be informed that I have alternate roadside assistance available for myself should #CasselberryTowing be subcontracted out for any of my service needs. PS - I was forced to give them a 1-star rating so that I could leave this review.
