Juan saved the night!!! While driving on the highway I got a big piece of metal in my tire and was almost immediately flat. I pulled off at an exit but not knowing the area I was in I stayed on the ramp. It was 10pm at night and I had my young daughter in the car and still 40 miles away from home. I was quite concerned for our safety. Juan told me it would be about 30-45 minutes until he could get to me and with that he could tell I was very nervous so he assured me I was in a safe area. He kept in contact with me to let me know how far out he was. This was much appreciated. Once he arrived I was relieved and thankful. He was just as pleasant in person as he was on the phone. We had a little hiccup with getting the spare on however he did what needed to be done and got me safely back on the road. Like it says above, MGA Towing is as good as it gets!!! I ran over what I thought was a rock coming home on HWY 520 in Cocoa, FL around midnight one night. This is an extremely dark road with very little traffic at midnight. When my tire pressure light came on I knew that it was more then a rock that I ran over. I pulled over and my tire was flat. MGA Towing just happened to be not too far behind me although I did not see them until they pulled up next to me to ask if I was ok. I pridefully waved them off because I knew I could change the tire myself but they pulled over anyway. Juan, the Owner/Operator is the bomb. He helped me change my tire and actually plugged the hole for me in the midst of the craziness. Not only did I puncture my tire that night but when I got back into my car, I found out that my battery had died. Juan tried to jump my car but it just wouldn't turn over for anything so he towed my family and vehicle back to Orlando without a second thought. My car wouldn't turn on at the USPS parking lot so I needed to have it towed to a mechanic. I called and MGA Towing answered immediately and we planned to have it towed the next morning. The tow truck operator offered to help look over my car for me before having to take it a mechanic in case the issue was something minor. When I went back to my car, it started up despite it not turning on for half an hour the previous day. The tow truck operator said it was up to me from there forward so I was able to save money on the tow. I'm a college student and don't have much to begin with so I'm EXTREMELY grateful for their hospitality and understanding of my situation. I wish I had gotten the guy's name but thank you so much for your help!! They are always answering the phone no matter the hour- happy and pleasant! They try and go above and beyond to assist you and help. Not only are their prices not overpriced or ridiculous they treat you with respect. I needed a tow truck a month again and they helped me out great service fast friendly. I needed a tow again and they weren't able to help me as all drives were far away, but genuinely felt bad about not being able to help. I was stuck at 1230 at night being a female, having to call multiple 24 hour tow companies- some never answered, some spoke no English, some said they would call back and never did , some didn't want to get out of bed, and one company- coolrunning towing had the audacity to laugh at me when I said I needed a flatbed truck for a low car and hung up on me!! At 1230 at night alone broke down that wasn't cool. This company doesn't jerk you around or overcharge! I will recommend them and use them exclusively from here on out!!! 10 stars! read more

Exceeded expectations! Contacted MGA Towing to arrange relocation of my vehicle, explaining movement will require special care because no brakes/clutch and car will not start. As a courtesy, Juan contacted me prior to the agreed upon date/time to confirm appointment. Very professional! Love this company...my car died Friday night and decided to find a local company. Got a hold of Juan and he was great..had it towed in a few hours. I called another company that my dealership recommended and they wanted more money to hook it up AND money per mile. Excellent company. My son is in Florida and I'm in nh. He needed his car towed to a shop to get it worked on.
