Alvin was not able to come in himself but living up to his motto of the "best friend" to have in Orlando, he delivered. Not only was the driver that he sent pleasant and arrived earlier than estimated, the pricing was surprisingly very fair and a true help in an emergency. The arrival estimate was 45 minutes and he arrived in 33 minutes. Unlike most predatory towing companies as I've experienced, Alvin's rate was honored to the T and the customer service was top notch. Very awesome experience. The price was very cheap compared to most, the driver was willing to work with me and park it in an awkward spot, they were fast, and very helpful. A few of the guys didn't speak the greatest English, but the service and price was well worth the 5 stars. They delivered from Orlando (on the turnpike) to Ocoee for slightly less than what other companies were quoting me for, before the +mileage price. They are also willing to go above and beyond. I was at the hospital when they dropped off the car so my little sister paid the driver, but didn't get a receipt. I called the next day and they were very helpful in getting me a receipt! After being stranded for a while, and calling a ton of tow places, I called Alvin, and he was very friendly, helpful, and a lot cheaper than the other places I called. I was also happy we was close by. He was there within 15 minutes! He wrote me up an invoice and told me I could give the invoice to the insurance, and they may reimburse me (which they did)! I was so glad because I am a single parent, and every penny counts. I keep his card in my wallet (which hopefully I wont need another tow, but if I do, I'll definitely call him)! This was my first experience using this tow company and thank God I went with them! He was available within a reasonable timeframe, charged a more than reasonable amount and saved me. Had an unusual situation, a heavy mower stuck by the side of lake. I called several companies; all the secretaries said no or else said they would have someone call me. No one did. I called AA&D, they answered immediately and a driver was in touch with me in maybe 15 minutes. Less than two hours later the mower was on dry ground, and the operator was already gone to another call. Pro stuff. They are serious about doing jobs and earning money. Called for service on a Sunday, Alvin picked right away unlike other nearby towing service. He was honest with me that it would cost $85 on a Sunday but if I could wait till the next day it would be a flat rate of $65. After I gave him my location he said he would have a guy named Javier call me back soon. Javier called me within 5 minutes and took my info.
