Service was professional and fast…read more I needed a flat tire repaired on my Honda Accord and called Speedy, which went to voicemail. Greg (the owner) called me back right away, took a few details, and was on his way. He arrived about 20 minutes later, quickly found the puncture, repaired the tire, and provided a receipt. From my initial call to completion, the entire process took about 45 minutes. I was very pleased. Compared to the hassle of using a spare and then going to a tire shop, waiting, and paying for the fix (btw, their prices have gone up) this was zero stress, quick, and very convenient. I was back on the road in no time.

The driver arrived within the timeframe given (about an hour, since the initial dispatch informed me they needed the truck that could go off road instead of the flatbed that was immediately available), hooked up the vehicle well and got us out quickly, then followed us to be sure we didn't get stuck again! The trail was fairly well packed other than the one place we got stuck, and if we had paid attention to the size of the puddle we could have gone around as others did and been fine. Overall, loved this experience, appreciated the honesty (and lack of derisive laughter, though we were laughing ourselves quite a bit) and prompt attention from Johnson's and absolutely recommend their service if needed. Good, small town, local company.

Anthony was incredibly thorough in trying to diagnose the mystery tire leak (it's still a mystery, but he truly gets an A+ for effort). He spent a solid hour with us trying to figure it out--asking great questions and examining the tire and valve stem again and again. Once we exhausted that route, Anthony confirmed our full-size spare was in good shape, put it on for us, and got us back on the road. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and funny throughout our visit, and we hugely appreciated his expertise, time, patience, and good spirit. We had never been to Superior Tires before today, but highly recommend the shop and Anthony. (Anthony, this review is from your Sagittarius and Taurus fans ... thanks again!!)

When I first had my tires put on I thought the service was great. Turns out that I had a problem with my front end for a moment, so one of the tires marked. To begin with I bought a tow service so that I would not worry about things from R&R tire express the person that came with their "" Service drove on a regular pick up truck with an attachment to it to pick up my vehicle brought me somewhere. I didn't even know and left me there and I ended up having to get help from an outside agency got that tire fixed second tire went. I went to a different R&R location because I was told that I could go to Handy. They called the original shop. I got my work done at it. Turns out that that shop told me I would need to go there to get it fixed. It was only to find out that they said that those tires weren't covered because of the front end damage needed to be fixed. OK I can deal with that thousands of dollars into getting my front and fixed move the back tires of my vehicle onto the front cause they were supposed to be new tires. Both tires didn't even last me a month and wore down after I had done the repairs on the front end of the car now I have all four tires that I spent money on that basically within about a month from a month and a half time all went bad. I did a Payment program with R and R for getting the tires which I am still paying to this day for tires that I can now say we're faulty. If I am late on a payment from even a week not only will I be getting incessant text I'll literally have people coming over my house knocking on my door. I will have the manager sending rude texts and literally get harassed like they are loan sharks incessantly. Please do not make the mistake of working with this company. It is the worst I have ever worked with and I so wish I never had to deal with them again. Buyer beware.
