Very friendly when you first go. After that it's all down hill. Customer service is horrendous. Admit was late a few times. Miss a payment or late because your debit card didn't clear at 6AM in the morning. Or GOD forbid someone should die in your family and your out of town life happening they are sending rude unprofessional text messages threatening to come to your house or place of employment and on your behind worse than the mafia. Oh and charge you $25 for the trip. This is what really set me off. They came to my house today 8/10 and told the young man who was here that they were looking for me and that I was indebted to them. Just putting MY BUSINESS out there. no clue who this young man is to me. Coming to the house is one thing but telling my business that's crossing the line. I owe $108 that's with the global or whole payout to get rid of them. And they act like it's 1.8 million. I am not the one. would never recommend them especially this location to anyone. Everyone... I originally posted this as a five star service. I needed to adjust this. Please read this message if you read anything at all. When I first had my tires put on I thought the service was great. Turns out that I had a problem with my front end for a moment, so one of the tires marked. To begin with I bought a tow service so that I would not worry about things from R&R tire express the person that came with their "" Service drove on a regular pick up truck with an attachment to it to pick up my vehicle brought me somewhere. I didn't even know and left me there and I ended up having to get help from an outside agency got that tire fixed second tire went. I went to a different R&R location because I was told that I could go to Handy. They called the original shop. I got my work done at it. Turns out that that shop told me I would need to go there to get it fixed. It was only to find out that they said that those tires weren't covered because of the front end damage needed to be fixed. OK I can deal with that thousands of dollars into getting my front and fixed move the back tires of my vehicle onto the front cause they were supposed to be new tires. Both tires didn't even last me a month and wore down after I had done the repairs on the front end of the car now I have all four tires that I spent money on that basically within about a month from a month and a half time all went bad. I did a Payment program with R and R for getting the tires which I am still paying to this day for tires that I can now say we're faulty. If I am late on a payment from even a week not only will I be getting incessant text I'll literally have people coming over my house knocking on my door. I will have the manager sending rude texts and literally get harassed like they are loan sharks incessantly. Please do not make the mistake of working with this company. It is the worst I have ever worked with and I so wish I never had to deal with them again. Buyer beware. read more

These guys won't do any service warranty work without first trying to sell you more tires. I can't get them to perform the alignment service because of uneven wear on my tire? They didn't want to repair a leak on a tire I bought the month before from them without trying to sell me a whole tire first and say it's not covered under warranty. Mind you, we are talking about two different tires and there isn't uneven wear on first one they wanted me to replace. I will be purchasing tires from a more honest shop from now on. I recently visited this location to have an alignment done, and the technician was ready and willing to check me in. However, when I mentioned that I had a Groupon, I was informed that I couldn't be serviced until Wednesday due to a restriction on Groupon appointments. This was very disappointing and unprofessional, especially since Groupon helps generate traffic to your business. If you don't want to honor groupon purchases terminate the deal. read more

They did not perform services on my car, but yet I waited in the waiting room. They put shine on my tires so I wouldn't notice but once I got home from work, I saw that my tires were not rotated. And if that part of the job wasn't done, what makes me believe the rest of it was done. I've already called to report it which is also A big circle, wait and waste of time for all. they do that so you don't get the resolution of just getting your money back. I would prefer to get my money back vs a free service because I do not trust anyone with my car once they lie about performing services. I will not be going back. I highly recommend you go somewhere else read the 1star reviews, they tend to be more accurate than those 4/5 star reviews. Also, do not agree to their payment plan for tires. It's a big scam. Alex will try to brainwash you into getting the payment plan versus trying to pay cash. WARNING. This place has awful reviews and I was 100% LIED TO. Never take your car to a mechanic that will lie about a simple alignment! If they will LIE about that it's scary to think what else they lie about. I took the car to RNR Tire on 6974 W. Colonial Dr. Orlando but they weren't counting on me knowing as much about cars as I do. This is how I knew they were full of it. I almost thought about explaining the long drawn out story about what happened on Yelp but to be honest I'm just so fed up that this place took up so much of my time and kept my money, that I just decided to worn as many people as I could and will continue to do so. I know enough about cars & tires from my master mechanic father to know when someone is lying to my face. I can't speak about other RNR locations I can only warn about the RNR on 6974 W. After resigning June 23 and turning my keys in to Shaun (RM). He asked me was I sure about not returning. I said yes. He then asked why, I explained to him that I'm not working under someone I partially trained and have more knowledge of the program than and company. I picked up my wheel and tire I previously purchased for my other car. I informed Shaun of me coming back on Friday 6/24 or Saturday 6/25 to see how the wheels I'd leased for my Mercedes would look on my Audi. He said okay. I didn't want to payoff the account without seeing the look and fit on my new vehicle. Approximately 2 hours after I left the store, I was informed by Travis (Account Manager) that my account had been closed out. Because former employees can't lease wheels and tires from RNR per Shaun. My account was not past due, no manager has ever implemented nor discussed this with employees. Nor is this any where in the employee handbook. To prevent from losing the money I'd paid into the account. Paying off without test fitting was my only option. I went back to the store and Shaun greeted me as if nothing had happened. Not once did he disclose to me that my account was closed out due to me no longer being employed there. I told him I was back to pay off the wheels, because I'd previously paid cash for the sensors and return the tires. He said okay and started to get the item numbers for the wheels to cash sale them to me. I went back this Saturday 6/25, to have my new tires mounted on the wheels and them put on my Audi. Upon arrival, Rob (new store manager), asked did I have an appointment. I explained to him that I'd already spoken to two employees and they knew I'd be coming. He said okay. Travis, created my service ticket and began to mount a tire to a wheel. The wheel was placed on the machine incorrectly causing the inside of the wheel to get severely gauged. The Rotiform center cap was dropped by him and the glass cracked. After this being brought to his attention by the lead tech, he assured me he'd order a new wheel to replace this wheel. Prior to this my wheel was practically new. I said no problem. He apologized and promised he'd text me when the wheel arrive for a wheel and center cap swap. I followed up for weeks no response, I stopped in on 7/15 & Travis told me my wheel would be in on 7/23. On 7/23, I texted and no response, I stopped in and Rob was there. I asked him about my wheel and he had no knowledge. Despite the fact that he was standing next to Travis on 7/15, when Travis said he'd order the wheel. I showed him the text conversation and asked him to reply the cameras from my installation. Rob asked me to text proof of the conversation to him for him to forward to Shaun. Rob said he'd call me when the wheel come in . 2 days later I text to follow up and he tells me he hasn't heard from Shaun and asked for pictures of the damaged wheel. I have not heard from RNR since. I'm sharing my experience because no one deserves to be treated like this. read more

Horrible! I simply went in to get two tires for my car and ended up paying double the price I was told. After driving my car I noticed it wasn't driving as straight as it was before going in. I spoke to someone about it over the phone just to be told I need an alignment when my car wasn't doing this before. How would I need an alignment for the front of my car when y'all told me y'all only touched the back?? This screwed me over big time having to pay double the price I was told and now I have to go get an alignment this is ridiculous... never again.. read more
