ZERO Customer Service, and Technician Jesus was rude and have more attitude than any politician in DC. Schedule took 3 days ( tire was purchased from Ebay and unfortunately delivered there ) without anyone contacting me to do the installation. Tech Jesus applied "so much torque " to my lugs that I took me a while to release them and check that they were not damages to the vehicle, not counting that he applied 49 PSI to a run flat tire that's only needs 40 PSI, Tire installation took 55 minutes :( :( :( Please don't wast your valuable time and find a Good, Professional and Reputable Shop, with people that wants to work and take care of their clients.

That is unacceptable, but also why didn't they contact me if that was the issue? How long were they going to wait before telling me? Eventually they found them, they said it was hanging on their key board, they just hadn't seen it?? 6 hours after I dropped my car off for literally just a battery installation, I finally got my car. As I checked out, they said they had dropped an entire socket wrench in my car and didn't see it, but it was fine, and they told me to go home. I tried to ask questions and they said go home. So I left, and when I got home I popped the hood and found the socket wrench and got it out in less than three minutes. What a joke of an auto center. We bought a 1998 Chrysler Sebring from some great friends a few months back and the car was working…read morejust fine but unfortunately, a few weeks ago, some of the radiator hoses were dried and cracked so a lot of the cooling liquid leaked out. This caused our engine to over heat and warped the aluminum head of the engine. I took the car to this Pep Boys hoping they would be able to fix it or at least tell me what was wrong with it. The manager Brian and the service manager Joe could not have been nicer! They were truly concerned about the car and did everything they could to figure out what was wrong and then fix it. Due to the head being warped, it had to be removed and re-tooled. To do this, the entire engine basically had to be taken apart but they got it fixed and back to great working condition. Not only is it fixed but I now have a year warranty on the engine so it anything happens again, it is taken care of free. Granted, this was not a cheap fix... it cost around $2,400 to fix it but it is still cheaper than buying a new car or even a new engine. We decided to put the investment of fixing the engine because the rest of the car is in great condition. Hopefully we will have no more challenges with the car. But the service and repair work at Pep Boys was very good and I feel confident that they did all they could to save me money on this repair. I highly recommend going to the Pep Boys site to download coupons to use and it helps to reduce the total amount of the bill. Plus if you are a member of their Glove Box group, you get special offers and coupons to also reduce the amount of a major repair as well as other routine maintenance. If you ever get stuck, call 1-800-pepboys and have them tow the car to them. I know there are lots of other places to bring your car for service but I was trusting the Pep Boys name and they did okay by me.

Bottom line - Fail…read more I wish I could echo the positive sentiments of other customers, but this place gets an F from me. I initially wrote my experience off as a bit of a fluke, but experiences by others close to me makes me think this is closer to the norm. The long and short of it is that they failed to properly replace the components of my air intake system when they replaced my air filter. As many older model Infiniti Fx owners can tell you, Infiniti certainly did not do anyone any favors with the placement of the filters and spark plugs. So on an oil change, I had Pepboys replace the filter as well. The car drove fine, but soon it seemed like I didn't have the same power that I was used to especially when I needed to pass people. Low and behold an entire portion of the air intake system had come a loose. It looked as if someone has simply not replaced the plastic rivets that hold the system together. Since then I have heard other stories of shoddy repair work and them even starting repairs without getting the owners permission first. Car repairs are simply to costly to take any chances. Avoid these guys if at all possible.

Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!

Decided to come here after going to three other car repair shops to get my Ac fixed and everytime…read morethey ended up not fixing the actual problem. When I brought my car in and I told him that this was a repeat problem he did a deep look through and replaced parts of my AC and I haven't had a problem with my AC since. I am so grateful.
