I waited 50 more minutes since it was still rush hour. Never heard from anyone. Called the same number and no one answered. I had to leave my vehicle at the store overnight and take an Uber since another company said it would be an hour and a half, another company's phone number had a message statjng they weren't taking any calls, 3 others were already closed for the day so this was the last company that was close and open. I will NEVER deal with these A-Holes again.

They quote a price at the beginning and stay true with it. The payment is through your phone so there's no shady cash transactions or hidden fees at the last minute. Specifically for my situation, they estimated 2 hours and came in 1.5 hours. The main truck couldn't fit in my garage, so they called another person to come to tow it out of the parking garage. Super friendly. I'm contacting them for all towing services in the Orlando area moving forward.
