It's not everyday you see compassion and towing together. Saints is what this company is. Was stranded in middle of road during rush hour dealing with running out of gas. Was panicked as this is something I never experienced before and had my little one with me. Also worried I'd get clipped by another car. A gentleman from this company pulled over and saved our lives. He helped me calm down and get car out of traffic and went and got gas. Had no cash on hand so all I could offer was pure gratitude. My daughter asked why I was talking to a stranger so explained to her sometimes a stranger can be an angel in emergencies and what he did was a service to the community. This guy completely ghosted me! I had an appointment to get my vehicle serviced at 8 am and I called St Mary towing the day before. He told me he would arrive at 7 am to pick up the vehicle. I figured he would call around 6:45 am as a courtesy to let me know he was on his way. No phone call. 7:15 am rolls around and he isn't here yet. Still no phone call. I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and wait until about 7:45 am. I then called him to verify if everything is ok, but he didn't pick up and it went to voice mail. I left him a message and he never called back. Based on other reviews, I was expecting reliable service, but this guy left me hanging. Now I'm frantically trying to find another towing service and I'm having to ask the repair shop to not cancel my appointment. I'm going to be late for work now because "St Mary Towing" didn't even have the decency to at least warn me they weren't going to be able to help me. read more

Dom is phenomenal. My car, for probably any other tow professional, was in a horrible spot, I had tried to u-turn in a field and unbeknownst to me, my front right tire fell into a man-made hole. My entire front right side was buried. It was a sticky situation that could've easily ruined my front end or caused serious axle and suspension damage. He expertly lifted my heavy suv on one side without damaging the bumper, slid the bed under slowly and lifted it out. It was impressive to watch. My car drives perfect. I came in town to visit my friend and on our way from the airport we caught a flat. We drove to a station and attempted to fill the tire with air, but the damage was already done. We also attempted to change it, but the tire wouldn't come off. The next day, I called St. Mary Towing and Romeo answered very nicely. He was very attentive even though I had no idea what our options were. We figured we'll deal with it the next day and rest for the time being. I called the day after and Romeo remembered exactly who I was and even remembered my name. He came over promptly and attempted to change the tire. He experienced the same problem as we did, the tire was much stuck on. He called his dad(a mechanic) and got advice as of why it wouldn't come off. He also went completely under the car and kicked it off from behind. I was completely afraid for him to do that and wanted to stop him, but it was too late. It was off before I can tell him to forget about it. I only spent about 25 minutes with Romeo, but I witnessed his character from the first phone call. Thanks to him, we were able to drive to a tire shop rather than pay for a pricey tow. Thanks again to Romeo! I definitely recommend this company. read more
