Long story short he put some pretty ghetto wooden 2x4's to get my car up on his trailer. And when the car arrived at the destination he admitted that he would take responsibility for it and that he'd not only give take 50 off but he'd also pay for half of the damages. The day finally came and the car was fixed, I took it to a body shop they quoted me 450 bucks. I told him the price and after giving me the run around and calling him multiple times he now claims that I supposedly did it myself and "to go f*ck yourself" he refused to pay for damages. Christopher was very patient, conscientious, and kind. After the jumpstart, he suggested I run the car for 25-30 minutes so that the charge would hold. After running it for 40 minutes, I turned off the car, and immediately it would not restart. I connected with Josh to solicit the help of Christopher, who returned immediately. I requested a second jumpstart and decided to return the car a day ahead of schedule as we have an early flight to catch and cannot afford a repeat. Based on the reading on the battery monitor, Christopher was concerned about the reliability of the battery getting me back to the car rental place and offered to tow it instead. I truly appreciate his concern for my safety as I couldn't afford to break down on the expressway given the heat. The cost for both services were reasonable, and the kindness and courtesy showed to me throughout the whole experience was top notch. HIGHLY recommend.

I believe it went into the wheel well and bounced off and damaged, my bumper, my fender and my rims. Initially, the girl that answered the phone was very sweet and kind and said that I would get an estimate with it. 48 hours. It was more than a week without receiving an estimate and I contacted them a couple of times after. They did contact me twice afterwards, but I had already gotten it taken care of. It seems like a really nice place but the contact was not enough for me and the estimate was over $5000! Granted, it was just an estimate and they did not physically see the car this was based on photos, but nonetheless, it was way too long for me. My Lexus dealership recommended this place but if you have time to wait around, then maybe it's beneficial but for me with two small children, I need my car to be in safe working order.

Unacceptable service and zero respect for customers' time. I had a 12:30 PM appointment scheduled…read moretoday and arrived early at 12:00 PM. By 2:00 PM--an hour and a half after my scheduled time--my car was still sitting untouched in a random spot outside. Not a single person came to update me or explain the delay. When I finally went to investigate myself, the staff brushed it off and acted like this was completely normal. What is the point of forcing customers to schedule an appointment if you are just going to ignore it and leave cars sitting for hours? Avoid this service department if you value your time.
