However, my mother took her car here and funny enough was given the SAME exact diagnosis for the same $1000+ bill. Never did the work they suggested and my car is still running like a charm so just another greedy owner who wants to take money where they can. Any work I've had done to my car since has never been anywhere close to the price they wanted to charge. It's unfortunate that you cannot trust these professions anymore, I strongly suggest finding a trustworthy mechanic who won't take advantage of you. Unfortunately I would never recommend anyone take your car here if you aren't savvy with cars or how much a service should actually cost.

I have heard Bee's use to be great but have gone down hill…read more Took my car to Bee's on 6/13/2023 because my AC was blowing hot on driver's side & only slightly cool on passenger side. Bee's replaced Expansion Valve ($968.86). Fast forward to August 2024..AC starting failing again. Called Bee's hoping for some kind of warranty...no luck. They did diagnostic & per Bee's the Expansion Valve failed...same part fixed last June ($527.24). He did mention that he saw a slight compressor operation failure but his wife said he wasn't too worried about it. Three days later, AC is performing worse than when I brought it on 8/16. Called, they said bring back in. Arrived, shop was closed, so I left key in drop box. Called to let them know, mailbox full. I also emailed. Called again next day, one of their mechanics answered & said "I'll let him know when he shows up." That was a clue. They had my car for 8 days, I called, left messages, went by (closed). Showed up at their shop again on 9/4 at 10am..waited till 11 when he finally arrived. He said he thought his wife called me to update..nope. 8 days & car was parked in same spot on street & couldn't really tell me much. Took to Griffis, and they said I need a new compressor. They are amazing & so happy I found them. At this point I have no idea if my Expansion Valve even needed to be replaced.

Who charges 83 bucks to tighten an oil filter and add one quart of oil? Oh yeah....bees does! Should be called bee careful. Place has really gone down tubes since the dad left. They also were not good about calling to reschedule work done in March...3 rescheduled with conflicting stories depending on who she spoke to on the phone. One of the times she drove 45 minutes all the way there and they said 'we're too busy' to service her car when they could have called to let her know the real issue was they had the wrong part. Second time they did call but she was half way there. This time at least they didn't lie to her. Third time they finally installed a used part and the next day the light came on again. Fact was she was done with bees in March but assumed they wouldn't charge her to take care of the oil leak that was caused by their negligence. But $83 later and a bogus quote, once again.....BEES STIKES AGAIN. I told her she should have put them on blast the last time they rooked her, but her dad s2ore by them for years. But the younger generation is now in charge now and it looks like bees is bee-ing run into the dirt!

They were honest and I was so very happy with the service price and efficiently .

This is based on my experience bringing my car in due to it shaking while driving. After a conversation with the service advisor who recommended new tires, I trusted the issue would be resolved. But after $800 worth of tires, one tow back to this place, and no help from Justin (the manager), I now have new tires I can't safely drive on due to the car still shaking. If this is your only option, like it was for me on a Sunday when I originally came in, I would document the conversation to protect yourself against their practices. Good luck!

When we're done they gave me an estimate based on my needs and when I decided to only some of the work they did NOT pressure to do anymore. When I went back a little while late to pick the car up the manager Eric came in from the shop and told the associate handling me .. Rich I think.. to not forget my military discount. He saw my DAV tag. Got an extra 10% off without asking or promoting. They were all great and will have no problem going back to complete the rest of the work. Great team. read all the BS you want but make your own decision. Give them a shot. You won't be disappointed.

(with no PCV Valve and no new oil) Researched and noted reviews for D&G Auto Repair and went there, When completed, two quarts of oil, and a new PCV valve in addition to the gasket replacement, I was out the door for $286. Great work ,an honest mechanic,in a no frills repair shop. I highly recommend this shop for repairs, there is no customer waiting area so have someone pick you up while the work is being done.

D&G's labor prices are incredibly reasonable and they never tries to upsell or fix something that…read moreisn't broken. You just feel like you're dealing with honest mechanics. We've had brakes, shocks, tune ups and oil changes, etc. done here and it's always been an excellent experience. They remind me of how local repair shops used to operate, before everything became owned and run by corporations that only look to squeeze every nickel they can from you.
