This company allowed me to purchase my own rotors and ceramic break pads ($350ish total from PartsGeek.com) and they did the install in my garage in about two hours for $300. I had driven cross country and my mechanic back home had given my truck a thorough check up before I left. I called him first and he assured me that since the truck was driving fine, not to worry. Although I agreed I decided to get it checked out in person. At first Quality agreed, but they wanted to make sure of what exactly was the problem. Next thing I know is that they found a bad sensor wire and fixed it in two hours for $160! While waiting, I noticed they had a simple sign up in their office that perfectly described their attitude. It said "Work Hard". They could have taken advantage of my situation, but they were honest and hard working.
