He understood how important the car was to me and made sure we discussed where I wanted it delivered. He was prompt, quick, thorough, and helped make sure my trunk lid was secure. I just appreciate the peace of mind that comes with good service, especially after a stressful insurance claims process.

After a terrible red eye flight ( no sleep ) and arriving at Wally Park to a dead Prius battery (they didn't help me at all) , I called AAA and got a driver named Dae who not only called to confirm the type of Prius I had, but gave me is ETA, showed up earlier than anticipated, put up with nonsense from Wally Park about how to get in, jumped my 12v , stayed with me, and even waited until I got out of Wally Park to make sure my car wouldn't lose the charge. He was so nice I gave him a hug. Dae was my hero today. Thank you Dae for being one of the good guys. And thank you AAA for hiring and training the best.

The driver arrived within the timeframe given (about an hour, since the initial dispatch informed me they needed the truck that could go off road instead of the flatbed that was immediately available), hooked up the vehicle well and got us out quickly, then followed us to be sure we didn't get stuck again! The trail was fairly well packed other than the one place we got stuck, and if we had paid attention to the size of the puddle we could have gone around as others did and been fine. Overall, loved this experience, appreciated the honesty (and lack of derisive laughter, though we were laughing ourselves quite a bit) and prompt attention from Johnson's and absolutely recommend their service if needed. Good, small town, local company.

They quote a price at the beginning and stay true with it. The payment is through your phone so there's no shady cash transactions or hidden fees at the last minute. Super friendly. I'm contacting them for all towing services in the Orlando area moving forward.

(A flatbed tow is pretty straightforward and definitely a much less risky proposition than a two-wheel tow with dollies, which is what their rates compared to. In other words, if you can get a flatbed tow for the same price as a lift tow, definitely take the flatbed tow! Jomar was very professional, accurately set my expectations as to when I should expect arrive of the truck, and provided a proper invoice immediately after asking. TL;DR: compared to local competition for the same service that cost more from people who were kind of rude over the phone, choosing JVM was a no-brainer. I'll definitely call J again if I need roadside help!
