He was friendly, professional, and eager to help. They quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the necessary repairs in a way that was easy to understand. Within the hour, they had replaced my blower and resistor and refilled the refrigerant, which was half gone. What really stood out to me was their honesty--there was no pressure to add on unnecessary services. They provided a detailed breakdown of the costs upfront and even deducted labor for a part they determined didn't need replacing after diagnosing. The work was completed, and now my A/C is working perfectly. In fact, it's blowing colder than ever--I even had to turn it down! Back again with my car. Had an overheating issue with myself. Naturally .. the air conditioning needed some attention in my Corvette !! lol I couldn't believe the drastic difference ! The guys at Yokley's took care of it and installed a new condenser and dryer after tracking one down. The difference was night and day ! It actually blew so cold that I had to move my hand away from the vents and point the vents away from my face! I've never experienced a cooler air conditioning before ever in a car new or old. These guys are amazing and are the "Air Conditioning Kings" is what we call them in our house. I especially enjoyed Gary's banter upon checking in my car. Great guy! My wife's Prius was running extremely rough, the engine looked like it was going to shake and fall apart. Looked up the symptoms on the Internet and thought the EGR system may have gone bad. My wife did another Internet search and found Yokley's's automotive in Clermont. Called and told them about the symptoms and I was given Jay to speak with. Jay said he had recently had the same EGR problem with his Prius and was familiar with how to fix it. Had the car towed to Yokley's and met with Jay who got started on it right away. After a diagnostic , it appeared the ignition coil for number two piston had gone bad. Jay recommended along with fixing the ignition coil to check the EGR system and clean if needed. The car has over 237,000 miles on it. The EGR system was very dirty and Jay cleaned it. All repairs were exactly the price Jay had quoted prior to starting any work. The car runs great now and will always use Yokley's for our go to repair shop on our Prius. read more

The best decision I eve made was to pop into Yokleys and ask about brakes for my Mini Cooper.A service light had come on, in fact 2. One for low brake fluid and the other for brakes in general. I knew the fluid was not low and figured I needed brakes. I'd not been able to have the brakes looked at because a wheel lock was stuck on my tires. Once that'd been resolved I immediately went to Yokleys which was on may way from the tire shop. The guys were super informative and explained in full what was needed and they could do the repair the next day. I received a text from Yokleys letting me know what had been preformed and now I'm rolling with new brakes. Could not be happier. Best customer service ever. I brought my 2008 Acura RDX to Yokley's with the engine light on. Gary and team discovered that my turbo was shot. He said it would cost $2000 for a new one. He told me to give him some time and he will work on the car. My car was in the shop for two days and when Gary called me back he said he was able to fix it and saved me $1300. The car has been running fantastic since then. He always goes above and beyond for his customers. I am always extremely pleased with the service and attention to detail his team provides. My check engine light came on and the error code was unknown to Mr. Yokley when I brought it in. He took the time to research it and explain why the error code popped up. He ran a plethora of tests before finding what was the issue. Me. Yokley and his team are second to none. They find the root of the problem and address it and they tell you what the issue was and how it was fixed. I appreciate his transparency and wish other places were like this. just got my 2005 Mercury Mountaineer back from Yokley's what a difference. I only have 53k miles but was having lots of transmission issues. they not only fixed it but went the extra mile and had Ford update my computer, I was 5 updates behind. I have been taking the SUV to a local Ford dealer and never did they say anything about updates. My SUV runs better than it has in years. they are so very detailed in the repairs, you will get more check ups than you ever thought about, they are not a cheap place, so you get what you pay for, great service and a better automobile. read more

Took our 2007 Ford E150 van to Yokley's Automotive to see why our A/C unit was not working. They were able to diagnose the issue. Low refrigerant. They corrected the volume and put in an additive that would help them check for a leak in two weeks. Took the van back in two weeks and they found the issue. There was no charge for the two week checkup. And the original charges were reasonable. We are taking the van back to them for the complete repair. Yeah, we trust them that much. I am a regular at Yokley's ... and there's a reason for that. I feel they are consistently looking out for me. If I have a specific service that's recommended from the owner's manual, but they feel it's unnecessary, they'll tell me that rather than do it and charge me for it. This has happened on several occasions. Their services are very fairly priced and I know the cars are being serviced properly. I also like their communication system both as service is underway (as they discover things) and once the service is complete. I won't go anywhere else. read more

Brought in my 1972 Chevy Chevelle, SS 454 for them to put in a push button starter switch. Not only did they do it right and use a relay. They did it quickly and they treated my car like their own. I have used them twice now to replace the driveshaft U joints. Also they did a fine job. I would highly recommend they protected my car put cones around it so no one else would park next to it. great shop for Toyotas in the area that don't wanna deal with the terrible job Toyota of clermont does, I went for an a/c service it was completed within 35 minutes costed $155 they fixed the vehicles a/c issue in the first attempt. wish I would have went to them first I may have saved thousands if I did... to make matters ever better I got right in I was on my way fast! straight to the point and very knowledgable helpful staff. read more

I had a bad tie rod on my 2015 Toyota Highlander. They quoted me a fair price for the repair. I was very pleased with the service that I received. They ordered the tie rod, arranged alignment, installed, and aligned my Highlander all the same day, that way I could get back to work safely the next day.
